Without exception, all of the staff and workers we came in contact with while Hassler was installing our new gas heater have been both pleasant and efficient. That is really quite unusual. Our heater has been working well for the past few months since it was installed, and the cooler has been easy to adjust and a great help during the warm periods. The company was full of absolute Rockstars! I started the process with Carlos in order to give him an idea of what we needed to get done for our home. He came out to check it out and went to work on an estimate for us. His project manager Max then came out to take some final pictures and get the final plan laid out and the price finalized. Hassler's customer service and expertise are top notch. They recently installed a heat pump for our single family home and we appreciate the care and attention to detail they demonstrated at every step of the way, from the original walk-throughs/assessment to the installation job to the follow-up with testing, permits, incentive payments, etc. We had approximately three million questions about the job and each and every staff person answered them as if we were their only customers. I was looking to install a heat pump in my small house, and Hassler impressed me right away when they came out for the first meeting by listening to me and making sure I was getting what I wanted. Their quote was very close to a competitor's but they promised a higher level of service, including twice the labor warranty, and a higher-capacity heat pump, so I have room for expansion. I dropped my recently deceased mother's diamond ring in the heating vent and Lyes came to fish it out. He tried to do it through the main floor but ended up having to go under the house and take the duct and insulation apart. He was able to retrieve the very sentimental ring for me and put everything back together as it was before. He was friendly and showed up on time. I just wanted to give a shout out to Yami (Hassler bookkeeper) who was very helpful to me. I had to have a roof Jack installed when my heater was installed because the existing roof Jack was not up to code. I needed to get an itemized receipt to ask for reimbursement. Yami was very helpful, responsive, professional, etc. Thank you Yami!
