Been a customer of Hassler for 10 years. Installed our furnace in the beginning, and have been doing maintenance ever since. Kieanta serviced our heater recently and was so thorough, explaining everything he did, you can tell he really takes his job seriously. We'll keep using Hassler for years to come.

I had a excellent experience with Hassler. They installed a new heat pump yesterday and in the process we discovered that our hot water heater had a gas leak. I called Max Saephan our project manager after business hours and within 20 minutes, Rafael, a Hassler technician, was at the house to look at everything. Hassler replaced our malfunctioning gas furnace with a heat pump, and the team hit home runs in every respect, from the original inspection and diagnosis of the problem, by Lyes; to the project manager, Max, the technicians David and Alberto, who were at the house for 2.5 days doing the removal and installation, and Tony who did the final walk through - everyone was communicative, friendly, open, straightforward, and very helpful, and the work and condition of the work site all looked very good. Kieanta Rice is a Hassler technician that just completed the annual inspection of my heat pump and AC system. He is a knowledgeable professional that shared his expertise and helped educate me about my system's components.. I appreciate that he was looking out for the long-term performance of my system and had recommendations for steps I can take. As with the team that installed the system last year, Kieanta demonstrated that Hassler is a quality organization. I highly recommend them.

I've used Hassler for my furnace service for years. They always do a great job. This year was no exception - Kieanta came out, performed the service and changed the filter. Hassler installed a new furnace in our El Cerrito home 11 years ago and everything worked well until about a month ago. The first floor "zone" continued to distribute heat even though we had turned it off. It was a puzzle but Steve from Hassler figured it out today. The "zone damper" that opens and closes was no longer opening and closing efficiently and would stay in the open position. Today we had our annual heating maintenance service appt. Kieanta was the technician, he was very thorough, took photos, explained how the system worked and the best ways to keep it clean and in good condition so it would last many years. Very patient and very nice. Kieanta gets 5 stars and is highly recommended.

Returned from a trip to find my gas heater was no longer working. It was just due to the pilot light being out, but since I had never restarted it before, my landlady arranged a service appointment. Kieanta Rice arrived at the start of the 3-hour window they had scheduled and quickly discerned the problem. He quickly fixed it and demonstrated the process a few times so that I'd be able to do it myself if it happened again. He was very professional.
