Great customer service, honest results, and knowledgeable technicians! Kieanta came on time and did a great job with my furnace and air conditioner annual maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and passionate in his work. Took the time to explain every detail of the work he performed without cutting corners. As a local Realtor I have always referred Hassler Heating and Air. It came down for me to add an AC unit to my personal residence. My first and only choice was Hassler. About 2 years later on one of the hottest days of the year my AC unit failed. Called Hassler and the next day they sent their tech out to my house. The name of my tech was Kieanta Rice. Amazing service. Submitted request for a maintenance appointment via the web site. Was called to schedule within an hour or two. And to schedule just a few days out! Whereas I was expecting it would be a month or so given the usual. While the appointment window was four hours long, as standard, I received email and text letting me know the technician was on his way and forecasting his arrival in about a half hour. Hassler Heating installed our furnace and air conditioning system and now provides periodic maintenance. They did a great job during installation and do a great job maintaining the system. Kieanta did a great job maintaining the system recently. He had great communication skills and provided a lot of information about the equipment that was very helpful.

Been a customer of Hassler for 10 years. Installed our furnace in the beginning, and have been doing maintenance ever since. Kieanta serviced our heater recently and was so thorough, explaining everything he did, you can tell he really takes his job seriously. We'll keep using Hassler for years to come.

I had a excellent experience with Hassler. They installed a new heat pump yesterday and in the process we discovered that our hot water heater had a gas leak. I called Max Saephan our project manager after business hours and within 20 minutes, Rafael, a Hassler technician, was at the house to look at everything. Hassler replaced our malfunctioning gas furnace with a heat pump, and the team hit home runs in every respect, from the original inspection and diagnosis of the problem, by Lyes; to the project manager, Max, the technicians David and Alberto, who were at the house for 2.5 days doing the removal and installation, and Tony who did the final walk through - everyone was communicative, friendly, open, straightforward, and very helpful, and the work and condition of the work site all looked very good. Kieanta Rice is a Hassler technician that just completed the annual inspection of my heat pump and AC system. He is a knowledgeable professional that shared his expertise and helped educate me about my system's components.. I appreciate that he was looking out for the long-term performance of my system and had recommendations for steps I can take. As with the team that installed the system last year, Kieanta demonstrated that Hassler is a quality organization. I highly recommend them.
