We had our annual service ckeck-up for our home furnace system. Kieanta Rice came out to perform the service from Hassler and all was fine. He was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything that was done and why our heating system got a clean bill of health. Thanks for the good work Kieanta and 5 stars. Their new, excellent service man came to change my furnace filter clean the furnace. He did an excellent job and checked every part of my furnace, duct work and thermostat and then took photographs and explained it all. Very comprehensive service. Above and beyond.

Had a very helpful and informative tech come out and do a maintenance of my furnace and AC. Kieanta took pictures of all aspects of his work and showed me how they all tied together. We discussed the options for ongoing maintenance and possible replacement options when it becomes necessary. The price for the service was very fair.

Phoned Hassler Heating when our older forced air heater stopped working properly. Everyone from phone staff to the repair technician, Kieanta Rice, were professional and courteous. Kieanta was clear and thorough in his explanation as to why my furnace wasn't working and with his answers to my questions. I won't hesitate to call them back if needed in the future and feel comfortable recommending their services.

After our furnace died, we contacted a number of companies in the area to either repair or replace. I'm sure there are many good heating companies in the Bay Area. However, Hassler and their team really stood out at every interaction. I first met with Max, the estimator and project manager. (By the way, having one person that provides the estimate after discussing options AND is the project manager was a real plus. I contacted Hassler for a service at two different locations on the same day. The first is the home that I own and the second is the home where I reside. The technician Lyes was very professional and made sure I understood what was taking place as he assessed the Heating systems.
