I had an appointment for my A/C which hadn't been serviced in a while. The technician, Lyes, was the best. He was kind, thorough, detail oriented and kept me informed throughout the appointment. He gave clear information about general upkeep as well as specific suggestions to help the unit last longer. Great customer service!

Expensive company for the consumer as the office is always working to profit similar to the service dept. at car dealerships, but good. I had a one-star here, but just updated it to four after a great service call by Steve!

Hadn't had my furnace serviced in five years. The technician, Lyes, showed up on time and provided quick service. He had recommendations for improvement, but did not try and upsell. I recommend hustler, heating and air conditioning.

Joe came for the estimate on a split A/C for one of the rooms of our home. He was clean, polite, on time, answered all my questions, and sent us a written quote for the work the same day. The quote reflected exactly what I had stated our goals were. Contact with the company by phone was also pleasant. It was relatively easy to connect with a real person, not a voicemail box. Very nice, shockingly overpriced for a new water heater. Go ahead and ask for a bid - maybe they are really busy now. But shop around.
We needed some duct replaced and furnace inspected. We chose Hassler solely on the reviews. We couldn't be more pleased. Such a responsive and professional company, a real joy in superb customer service. Emily called to confirm the day before and tne service technician, Lyes, called to say he was 30 min away. Lyes was very thorough, professional and a wonderful communicator throughout the assessment. He provided us with our options after considering each scenario. Great customer service thoughout.

Steve did an outstanding job converting our furnace's electrostatic filter to a new paper filter unit. The conversion kit needed to be modified a bit and Steve's creativity resulted in a more solid installation than the original unit would have provided. We are extremely happy with the result.

We had our 2 heaters and 2 air conditioners serviced today by Hassler technician Lyes. He was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company.

Hassler installed heat pumps for our home and rental unit last year. They were very professional and the work was performed perfectly. Scheduling and invoicing was smooth and simple. They also helped us get rebates for our upgrades! Their wonderful technician - Lyes - just conducted a yearly inspection and maintenance. He was professional, courteous, and completed the work quickly. I had a few questions and he took the time to make sure I got the correct info! Overall very glad we decided to go with Hassler!
