I have used Hassler Heating since moving into my house almost two years ago and have been quite satisfied with the service. This year for my annual service, Kieanta Rice was my service technician. Mr. Rice inspected and serviced all parts of my heating system then took a lot of time explaining it all to me, including showing me photos and videos of my equipment. Installed 2 HVAC systems in 4 days for our large home. Seamless prices. It was a bit challenging to communicate with them as they would frequently promise to call back but wouldn't, and we would have to follow up but it was also a busy period during the hot summer.

Today we received the service of the technician Kieanta Rice from Hassler and couldn't be more impressed. Kieanta Rice ensured everything was running smoothly before leaving. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. He was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable.
I've used Hassler in the past and found them to be very knowledgeable and honest, so when, they called me to ask if I wanted to have them check my 16-year-old furnace and A/C, I immediately said yes. I hired Hassler to add airconditioning to my existing forced air system in 2017. They were pros. The system has been working flawlessly since the instalation. Recently the compressor stopped functioning. Steve came out can very quickly and methodically diagnosed and replaced a capacitor, then bingo it worked, it was covered under the Hassler warrantee.
