I have been with Hassler Heating for 8 years plus. Every year i get my service done. This year Kieanta Rice came, he is a senior technician with the company for only three months. His service was superb, and more than superb - i can't even rave enough about him! Kieanta was thorough and kind, and explained to me everything. So pleased with Hassler! I'm a tenant and my AC went out in our heat spell! Thry were able to come the next day! Lyes was my technician. He was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and fixed the problem! I very impressed! 5 stars for sure!

Hassler has kept my Carrier system in good running condition since they installed it about 10 years ago. I signed up a while back for a monthly payment plan which provides for an annual service check and other calls. Today's annual check by their Service Technician Kieanta Rice was great. He confirmed that the system is functioning well and provided explanations of various aspects of the system operation and maintenance using their new service tracking software.

Hassler technician Steve just fixed our AC unit in the middle of a heat wave and exceeded all my expectations. We have oddball equipment, which he still was able to troubleshoot, found a blown fuse, then the short that blew it and had all the right parts to replace everything same day. Now it's all working again. Thank you!
First Jessica answered my phone call. Personable and knowledgeable. Found my service records. And assigned a technician. Lyes was the tech. Arrived on time. Quick and accurate diagnosis. Well explained. Had the pump replacement on his truck. Confirmed it was covered under warranty. Replaced heat filter. Took old parts for disposal. I recommend this local company without hesitation. He was terrific.

Hassler installed my heating and air conditioning several years ago and has maintained and serviced it regularly. I remain very satisfied with them and their excellent technicians. If you're like me you think of the furnace only when it needs repair. Well then use Hassler because they not only repair but also take the time to educate for prevention. Kieanta took time to answer all my questions and to explain how a little attention to the furnace will extend it's life and reduce repairs. Imagine that! We can still find a courteous, competent professional!

Hassler has done the yearly maintenance on the HVAC in our home since they installed it many years ago. Last week the tech came for the yearly check up...and let me tell you Kieanta is the man! He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient with explaining things to us and respectful of our home and us. Kieanta is a great asset to Hassler..give this man a raise!!
