After our furnace died, we contacted a number of companies in the area to either repair or replace. I'm sure there are many good heating companies in the Bay Area. However, Hassler and their team really stood out at every interaction. I first met with Max, the estimator and project manager. (By the way, having one person that provides the estimate after discussing options AND is the project manager was a real plus. I contacted Hassler for a service at two different locations on the same day. The first is the home that I own and the second is the home where I reside. The technician Lyes was very professional and made sure I understood what was taking place as he assessed the Heating systems. One required a replaced thermostat and a recommendation for a maintenance schedule. I was pleased with the quality of service and the customer service delivery during both visits. All the employees I've interacted with, from the beginning to end, have been super helpful. I had an electric heat pump water heater installed, and Hassler will do the rebate paperwork for me. I just want to mention Adela Lutz in the installation department. She's so efficient and responsive, always answers my questions quickly. Adela is a real star in the area of customer service. We had our heating furnace replace by Hassler Heating during some cold weather. All the service people were very supportive and helpful to us during the process. The work was done promptly and gave priority to our schedule. For the final inspection and alarm device installations, Carlos was really on top of the issues and gave is excellent assistance. Gary

The Service was top shelf from beginning to end. We had a heat pump installed to replace our gas furnace. We were first contacted by Gabriel Kalmon whose expertise and communication abilities were superb. He provided us just the right information that allowed us to make an informed decision. Reached out to Hassler to get our furnace serviced ahead of the cold season. Next available appointment wasn't for another two weeks which was fine with me but got a call the next day letting me know they had last minute availability that same day! Our tech was so nice and helpful and service was completed quickly. Really happy and Hassler will be our go-to for any HVAC services in the future!
Max Saephan's crew at Hassler just finished installing a new heat pump system on our home built in 1942 and upgrading the ductwork. The difference in comfort is already evident. They were prompt, professional, efficient, communicative, and were quick to answer our concerns. We highly recommend them!
