We have had excellent experiences with Hassler. Mike and his crew are very responsive, skilled, and professional. Recently, our furnace stopped working and they were able to send someone out right away to look at it (they offered to loan us space heaters if they weren't able to get someone soon). Great service today for my furnace by Lyes and his technician. They found and fixed a few minor issues and provided annual maintenance. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators. I will certainly call them next time.

Hassler installed heat pump HVAC and heat pump water heater. They were excellent--fast, knowledgeable, courteous, kept the worksite neat, excellent communication, fulfilled all their commitments. We didn't comparison shop, so we don't know how their cost compares, but we feel we got a fair price. This was a complex job, so we wanted a contractor who knew what they're doing--we feel we got that in Hassler.

I woke up this morning and our heater was out. I contacted Hassler Heating and they sent out Lyes to find out what the issue was. He arrived earlier than expected and figured out the issue quickly and addressed the issue in no time! Lyes was friendly and worked efficiently to get the job done quickly. I've used Hassler Heating before and will continue to use them as they provide quality service at a fair price.

Hassler Heating has been our heating contractor for years with great satisfaction. Recently our system wasn't functioning correctly and their service tech, Bent did an especially thorough exam and discovered there were gashes emitting carbon monoxide. It was dangerous and we are so grateful for his discovery which could have been easily overlooked by anyone else. Our furnace broke at the worst possible time during this cold spell at the end of January 2023, as well as I discovered the water heater was leaking. Both units were over forty years old. Our house was 52 degrees in the morning. Hassler sent Joe Hanson their project manager asap, Monday after calling on Saturday. Several other companies I called had a month or longer wait. When our furnace died, we got 3 estimates and then had Hassler come outfit us with a new furnace, and then they added a heat pump when we went solar. All the interactions I had with the reps and servicemen who came out on these jobs were very positive - straightforward, thoughtful, and respectful. Lyes from Hassler inspected and serviced our furnace, and a separate mini-split system. He was easy to work with, and he discovered that the furnace was sending carbon monoxide into the house. He knows what to look for and how to find it. Excellent service, Jim H.
