Hassler Heating has been our heating contractor for years with great satisfaction. Recently our system wasn't functioning correctly and their service tech, Bent did an especially thorough exam and discovered there were gashes emitting carbon monoxide. It was dangerous and we are so grateful for his discovery which could have been easily overlooked by anyone else. Our furnace broke at the worst possible time during this cold spell at the end of January 2023, as well as I discovered the water heater was leaking. Both units were over forty years old. Our house was 52 degrees in the morning. Hassler sent Joe Hanson their project manager asap, Monday after calling on Saturday. Several other companies I called had a month or longer wait. When our furnace died, we got 3 estimates and then had Hassler come outfit us with a new furnace, and then they added a heat pump when we went solar. All the interactions I had with the reps and servicemen who came out on these jobs were very positive - straightforward, thoughtful, and respectful. Lyes from Hassler inspected and serviced our furnace, and a separate mini-split system. He was easy to work with, and he discovered that the furnace was sending carbon monoxide into the house. He knows what to look for and how to find it. Excellent service, Jim H.

We had pretty good experience with this company. They replaced the furnace in my grandmother's house. They were on time, did their work promptly without creating a lot of mess. Worked pretty quickly even though had to drive away for additional parts but came back and completed the work well. The guy was pretty friendly and we had no problems with this company.

Just had our furnace serviced by Lyes and he was very professional, courteous, and best of all, he got our heating back up and running! We had a water leak that sprayed on the furnace so we were concerned it had been damaged. Fortunately, everything was fine and he got us back up and running quickly. We've had a great experience with Hassler (they installed new furnace, AC, and ducting) and recommend them often to our friends and neighbors.

I had a maintenance appointment for my old furnace. After inspecting the system, Lyes Bouhazem informed me that I needed a new furnace. He then explained in great detail the options and walked me through the process of replacement. He was extremely courteous and thorough.
