Our tech, Kieanta Rice, was on time, professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Plus he figured out a good (free!) way to manage a problem. He was excellent!

On day our furnace stopped turning on. Jackie the furnace specialist from Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning came by almost as soon as the appointment window opened. We described the problem and that we have had a rodent plague in our neighborhood for several weeks and suspected that a rat may have found its way inside the furnace and created an obstruction so Jackie said she would conduct a diagnostic check and the most problems are quickly and resolved without further extensive and expensive repairs. Annual service repair for our Hassler installed central heating. Just had our annual service the other day and got excellent service from technician Steve Sweek - on time - personable - answered all my questions and fixed some unexpected damage caused by small mammals. Highly recommend Hassler and several of the service techs we've had over last few years.

I just had my furnace serviced by Hassler Heating company. I was signed up for the annual service. Kieanta Rice was my Service Technician. Mr. Rice was very thorough in his analysis of my system. He carefully looked at the unit and all components. He walked me through all the pictures he took of the system, explaining functions and issues along the way. Their new, excellent service man came to change my furnace filter clean the furnace. He did an excellent job and checked every part of my furnace, duct work and thermostat and then took photographs and explained it all. Very comprehensive service. Above and beyond.

Had a very helpful and informative tech come out and do a maintenance of my furnace and AC. Kieanta took pictures of all aspects of his work and showed me how they all tied together. We discussed the options for ongoing maintenance and possible replacement options when it becomes necessary. The price for the service was very fair.
