I dropped my recently deceased mother's diamond ring in the heating vent and Lyes came to fish it out. He tried to do it through the main floor but ended up having to go under the house and take the duct and insulation apart. He was able to retrieve the very sentimental ring for me and put everything back together as it was before. He was friendly and showed up on time. I just wanted to give a shout out to Yami (Hassler bookkeeper) who was very helpful to me. I had to have a roof Jack installed when my heater was installed because the existing roof Jack was not up to code. I needed to get an itemized receipt to ask for reimbursement. Yami was very helpful, responsive, professional, etc. Thank you Yami!

Hassler Heating and AC provides excellent service. We previously had all of our duct work under our house replaced, and the technicians handled it expeditiously and with a minimum of inconvenience to us. More recently, we had a problem with our AC and our aged compressor. Again, Hassler handled it well. Hassler installed our system in 2015 and we hire them to service every year. Installing a new heating and AC system was the best decision of our remodel! The house always feels just right. Hassler does good work and they are reliable. Recently we had an error code on our thermostat and the AC wasn't working and they sent someone out right away. Really impressive. we were having trouble with the Mitsubishi wifi control system (Kumo Cloud). I could not get it to work so I called Hassler, the company that did the original installation. They sent a young tech, Lyes, to fix it. He's a pleasant young man and he fixed the problem, for what I would consider a reasonable charge. BTW, Hassler did a great job installing our Mitsubishi heat pumps two years ago.

Hassler installed a heat pump heating/air conditioning system in my house. They were Great! I highly recommend them. Project manager Rich Flores, installers David Hernandez and Cesar Gamboa were all reliable, friendly and competent. Joseph Osoria found a big issue with my system which I have unknowingly been living with for decades. His fix is going to save me a bundle. Thanks!

Hassler put in a new furnace a couple of years ago. I called around and Hassler was the only furnace company with a carpenter on staff. I needed a new door to the crawl space for easy access. They did a super job. Today a technician named Lyes came to replace the filter and do a check-up. He answered all by questions and made my furnace good as new. He took pictures of everything he did under my house to show me, and gave me good tips on how to care for my furnace so that it can last a long time.
