Superb care and caring staff. My cat was sick and was seen immediately. Great service. Highly recommend.
We visited HAH while our dog was having an issue and we were away from our regular vet. They staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They treated us as if we were regular patients. The doctor and assistant were very patient with us, listened carefully, and showed care with our pup. We'll be going back for a checkup but I would definitely recommend them as a regular vet.
Great! My healthy dog got a through check before getting a flu shot. The doctor answered all My questions about my pet even though they didn't Relate to the check before my dog's shot. I Also had another question about a problem addressed previously and the doctor called me back to discuss it. I couldn't ask for anything more or better.
Great staff at the highland animal hospital. It was my first time there with my sick , old , weak cat and they treated us warmly and with care. Everyone was kind and patient and caring. Highly recommend. The doctor called next day to review the lab results and patiently discussed options.

On Saturday morning I called Highland requesting an appointment for my dog Bella. She had symptoms of a UTI. The receptionist made an appointment for Bella that morning. She was seen and was tested and treated. Once again the staff at Highland we're professional, kind and considerate. We have boarded our dogs on occasion and I have peace of mind knowing they are getting the best of care.
Our dog Oscar is always happy to go to Highland Animal Hospital. Each and every member of the team is welcoming and kind and Oscar is treated with genuine affection. We trust all the doctors and technicians there and always feel we get the best advice and treatment possible. It's very easy to get an appointment, we appreciate the timely reminders of all appointments and vaccinations due, and we never feel pressured into unecessary procedures or services. Highly recommended.

My dog has been a patient at Highland Animal Hospital for more than 10 years. The staff and veterinarians we have dealt with are very knowledgeable and friendly and readily answer all questions and address any concerns. The waiting area and exam rooms are extremely clean and odorless. Highest rating!
