We have a new puppy from a rescue group. They were able to see us right away to get her checked and have been great with follow up to treat parasites and injury. Very good follow through.

Highland Animal Hospital provides fantastic care to my dog Dr. Scott and Dr. Mahoney are competent knowledgeable vets I have used other vets in the area and they are clearly the best Everyone there is kind an It is well managed. I would recommend Highland Animal Hospital without hesitation

Have been going here for almost 10 years. I dealt with a new (to me) doc recently (Dr. Wolf) and she was awesome. Caring, completely through, and very cautious. Very happy with the care at Highland and highly recommend.

I moved here from NJ and had put off find a Vet. But my dogs annuals were due in March and and he needed to be registered in MA. My husband recommended Highland as he had used Them for his pets in the past. They were as kind and thorough as back in NJ! Both Dr. and tech was friendly and informative. I am happy.

Been taking my girls there for many years. Have seen all the docs at various times for different things, and all have provided excellent care. Recently learned that they even have boarding services although I have not had any experience with it yet. Highly recommend.

I am a huge fan of Needham Animal Hospital. They have given consistently great care to our dog for the past 14 years. Honestly they are probably part of the reason why Maxie has made it to 15+. Very conscientious, readily available, pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. They've never forced tests on us and always explain the pros and cons of various treatment options. I absolutely love Highland Animal Hospital. They are a great group of people. I have been going there for over 9 years now. I have a very difficult-to-handle cat with digestive issues. It has always been a challenge to bring her in. A big thank you to Dr. Scott who always handles Emmy with kindness and patience. AND has diagnosed the issue and put her on the right diet. We adopted a big dog six months ago. Immediately made our first visit to Highland and was assured he is a very healthy senior with some arthritis. Just had a 6 month follow up. Each time, we found everyone at Highland to be friendly and very caring. Lots of questions from the vet techs and doctors, including advice and direction on how to improve his health. It is very comforting to know they are dedicated to providing top notch health care. Facility is very clean and costs are reasonable.

Highland Animal Hospital has been great with both of my dogs. We have a very anxious dog named Koji. At times he can hardly be examined. Dr. Scott is always great with him. She is very patient and understanding especially when Koji expresses his anal glands at every visit. Not to mention the time she fit us in to stitch up his face when he got into some trouble in the yard. She patched him right up, put him on some meds and even did his nails! Dr. Scott is a great vet and we'll continue to bring our anxious boy to see her
