My animals and I love this place! Dr. Giles is their vet but I have seen other vets there on occasion. All of them have treated me and my cats with compassion and professionalism. I appreciate the way the vets fully explain the cats' conditions and any treatment that might be necessary. I had an appointment to have my 19 year old cat euthanized and wanted Dr. Giles to do it. I followed Dr. Jeff Giles to Highland years ago even though my pets and I live miles away in Brookline. He is a gem of a vet: professional, caring and relates wonderfully to animals as well as to humans. And I am consistently impressed with the care my pets receive from the technicians and the other vets at Highland. Great vets. The office is run very professionally and well. We live add. Susan Floyd but have seen many of the other vets in the office and they are all great.
We recently switched vets for our pup and couldn't be more pleased with Highland! Of course things are tough during COVID and they were able to get us a welcome appt as soon as possible. During the visit, they asked so many questions to get to know us, Morgan (our dog), and all of her previous history. Dr. Scott and Zoe were both very detailed about any and everything they had to or were going to do during the visit! As always professional and courteous staff with attention to your pets needs. Even more so now in the age of COVID. Even thought you can't enter the hospital a friendly staff person is entrusted with your pets well being from the moment she/he takes the cage until return... Follow up with phone conversation finishes the visit!
Highland Animal Hospital is great! 'Ive met almost all the doctors order the many years that I've been going there, and they're all wonderful. This trip Dr. Floyd took care of my senior kitty. She is very good, and very compassionate. I got a follow-up call two days after our visit to let me knew how the lab work was, and to check on 'Riah. Thanks Highland Animal Hospital! Amy Holland.
We have used this animal hospital for 15+ years. They are excellent medically and compassionately. When we had to put down a beloved aged dog, the vet even spoke to our daughter ( in NYC) to answer questions and concerns about the dog's situation and needs.
Amazing team and even better customer service! They brought my little guy back to life when he wasn't doing well at all. The whole team there is kind and compassionate. They truly listen to you and care for your animal babies. THANK YOU
This review is for the pet boarding facilities at the Highland Animal Hospital in Needham. My dog has recently spent four weeks at the Highland Inn. I could not be more pleased with the facility and the professional staff. The place is spotless and flooded by natural light. The fenced in yard where the dogs go out to play is safe, clean and pleasant.
