My dog came home after a vacation stay with a friend, and was lethargic to the point it was frightening. Highland saw us within the hour, eased our fears, and got him back on his feet (literally) within 48 hours (literally). We wouldn't go anywhere else!
13 years here with 6 pets. They are just the best. Wonderful and caring. Skilled and knowledgeable. Will never go elsewhere!
My dog has been a patient at Highland Animal Hospital for more than 10 years. The staff and veterinarians we have dealt with are very knowledgeable and friendly and readily answer all questions and address any concerns. The waiting area and exam rooms are extremely clean and odorless. Highest rating!
Great alternative to Angel Medical Center. We had only used Angel as our vet for 14 years but finally decided to try a local place that many of our family members had been raving about. We had a wonderful first visit and felt like we were in just as good hands. Our dog is old and has heart issues and various other issues. Overall, very pleased. Thanks!
I love Highland Animal hospital! The staff are caring wonderful people. The vets are the best! I would trust them all with my pets. Dr Giles is a wonderful caring person I love how he explains every little or big detail,I leave that office with knowledge but most of all peace of mind for my little ones. If you are looking for a vet these people are the best!
I've taken my dogs to HIghland Animal Hospital for 17 years. I have met all the vets there and feel they listen well to my concerns, ask good questions about my dogs' health and behavior, are kind and interested, and have offered various lab tests, etc, but don't pressure when I choose not to have something done. They have extended hours, and do their best to accomodate me. I'm very happy with the care there.
Dr Giles and his team are always helpful and take their time in examine our dog. Highly recommend the team
I have been going to them for over 11 years and have been very happy with all the drs and techs over the years. This past week, I had to use them on an emergency level as my dog ate the whole lining in a meat pack. They were so attentive and kind and I really appreciated dr Scott laying out our options at each step. Jackson is home and fine now, but I thought it especially classy hat they called to check in on him the next day. I would highly recommend this place to any one.
My two yorkies (with many health issues!) have been seeing Dr. Erin Scott for the last 5 years and we've been so pleased with the staff and the care they receive. Each time I take them I feel as if my expectations have been exceeded. The vet techs and doctors are extremely thorough, caring, sensitive, and provide me with the answers and options I need. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful, and often goes above and beyond for us. We love Highland Animal Hospital and highly recommend it.
