Great place but housekeeping did show up on Saturday. We had to call at 6:40 pm for towels, coffee and cups for the next day. Disappointed as we spent over 300 a night. Location is awesome.
I was called and asked if we could switch to two queens instead of a king because they had a lot of king rooms out of order. They took $25 off my stay and gave me free parking. We were on the 12th floor and it was pretty hot up there so we turned the air down. Turns out the air didn’t work and even though it was set on 68, it was blowing hot air. On top of all of that, we had the rudest woman check us in. In my opinion, not worth the stay and won’t stay again.
We paid a lot for this room. We had a balcony but we couldn’t use it. It was full of cobwebs and spiders. A hotel of this caliber needs to clean this area daily. Also the room ac does not lower very quickly it shouldn’t take several hours to move down 1 degree. I expect that from a motel 6. Property was close to Branson Landing which was convenient.
Not a great stay. We have stayed at the Hilton Branson Convention Center on several other occasions and found the property to be great. During this stay we found the facility to be lacking. The towels for the rooms were not as nice a previous stays. They were thin and small and not up to standards of other Hiltons we have stayed in. The pool and hottub were nice. Showers were ice cold and the rooms had a bad smell. The bed had many stains
This property is not worth the price. I took two cold showers on two different days. For that they comped my valet, Really! Sent up maintenance and he turned on the sink and said look it’s hot. I could have done that. Terrible place to stay.. sucks!
Disappointed Room smelled like pee. TV remote didn't work. We had to request a new one. Long hair strands on shower wall. Furniture looked"used". We were not told about the free parking lot next to the $15 parking lot we parked in. We were given choice of valet or self parking in Hilton lot.
