Get directionsSo this past weekend was my birthday and as a mom with 3 small kids I was really excited to get away for the weekend with just my husband. We chose this hotel based on it outstanding reviews for cleanliness ,which is a huge deal to me as a nurse living in a pandemic, and we assumed that’s what we would get from such an expensive, upscale hotel. However upon reaching our room we were so disappointed the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, the bedside table was sticky, and the shower had a great deal of mold growing in... read more
Really clean and nice motel. I thought that making you pay for parking was a little ridiculous especially if your paying over 200 a night.
Did not make me wear a mask! Hot tub open, an inside pool. No daily room service, make your own bed ☹
Never again Worst experience ever! Took the family for Spring Break. Room had been reserved for weeks. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm... got there at 430 and room wasn’t ready! We couldn’t check in until 8pm!! Told we still had to check out at 11am. Paid for a balcony room with a view... my view was of a parking garage. Charged $50 more than guaranteed booking price. The excuse I got was everyone got stimulus checks and nobody wanted to come to work. Unexceptable!
Frustrating mismanagement We booked online and were supposed to check in at 4 p.m. We got there around 3:30 and the front desk said they would call us when our room was ready. At 4:30, we checked in with the front desk again and then we were told that it would probably be at least another hour. We told them that we needed somewhere to get ready for our evening concert, so they gave us a pool key to get ready in the pool bathrooms. We had to drag all of our luggage with us the whole time we were there. We went to our concert ... read more
Spring Break Trip Our stay was ok. We stayed during Spring Break. Due to their shortage in staff and them not being prepared for a large number of visitors for Spring Break, we had to wait 3 hrs and 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned and ready. After finally getting in our room, we didn’t have enough toiletries and towels. When we asked for more toilet tissue they brought us Kleenex. Our floors were not cleaned. The glasses and ice bucket on the tray were dirty. Because of COVID-19 precautions they were not cleaning rooms... read more
The property was not what I expected. No issues with the staff or the layout of the room. My huge concern was the mold or dirt around the caulking in the shower, the trash left in the closet and the firmness of the bed. The floor seemed softer than the bed. For those that like that, it's a good choice. For those that want that soft "pillow top," look elsewhere. You can find a better hotel for half the price. I went downstairs to get breakfast only to find out they were not serving that morning.
