They were doing construction outside- something with concrete so almost every area was cordoned off, there were cones, it was difficult to know where to park to check in. We got a room with a balcony. The room was pretty clean. However, we had no hot water and the only showers we had were cold. They were doing renovations on the second floor and the crew started early I’m assuming. I did hear loud noises coming from below us early in the morning

Wouldn't stay here again. You expect this type of cleanliness and service at a motel 6, not the hilton. Sheets were stained the first day we checked in and there was someones hair all over the spare blanket. We asked them to change the sheets and all they did was made the bed, didn't change out anything. They changed them that night after I complained and when the night shift came in(who I will say was very kind and courteous) he noticed that every layer of the sheets including the mattress cover was stained. Everything was ok, but there was little to no hot water. I addressed it at check out. The hotel clerk said that they are talking to their engineers and that it is the biggest complaint. However, he did nothing else. No compensation, no "so sorry" or anything. Last time we will be staying here.

One of the desk clerks was visibly sick. It may not have been Covid but should have been wearing a mask.

Hilton Hotel was nice but room had a tear in the head board and some of the electrical outlets didn’t work. They appeared to be short staffed. No vending machines or breakfast facilities. They had a closet with snacks but you had to stand in line at the front desk to pay for it and like I said, short staffed so rather long wait. Had to walk across the street to Starbucks for breakfast as no restaurants open on the landing before 11 am. And hotel didn’t serve breakfast. Very expensive for what you got.
