I thought the area for this location was perfect. With the landing shopping mall, bass pro and other gift shops, it was an excellent location. I did have a few issues with this Hilton. The bathtub was not cleaned and my room smelt like wet dog upon arrival. Every time we left and came back it smelt like dogs. I understand that Hilton is a pet friendly location, but might be good to think about using certain floors for pets.

Good but not Great! This was our first time to Branson. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, but we faced issues on our first night. The toilet didn't flush properly due to a loose handle which we fixed by opening the top and tightening the handle. We received four wooden tokens for two seasonal drinks each evening, but when we ordered Mistletoe drinks, the waiter said the tokens were only valid for a "polar" drink that wasn't on the menu nor mentioned. They need to include all fees on bill. Why is there a destination fee that has to be paid on site?

I didn't like the 30.00 fee that theyre adding on now for absolutely nothing. Why are you running a good thing by doing that. 30.00 convenience fee??? Seriously.

The few things that were minor issues. The tv remote didn't work very well. Only had a few channels selections. And it was locked so we weren't able to connect our roku. The bathroom sink had warm water coming out of the cold side. And a microwave in the room would have been handy.
