Shortly after checking in my room key wouldnt work, had to go get it re-keyed. Found out i was checked into somebody elses room. Got to room, refridgerator didnt work, throughout the night the air conditioner thermostat would auto change back to 71 degrees, wake up burning up. The room was clean and quiet though. Feel like it was way over-priced for what i got.

The property was nice. It would have been a lot better if they had a separate floor for their customers that were not with the school. When you pay over $200 for the room you would at least like to enjoy it and get some sleep. Instead we had to deal with the chaperones and the kids all hanging out in the hallway. It was very upsetting. And we told the girl at the desk and she said they were told not to do that. But guess what they didn’t listen. So it was a very bad experience.

The room wasn’t clean and the bathtub had rust in it I found food on the floor and they charged over $200 a night for a room. Definitely not worth it. The only nice staff was the valet guys

Disappointing First of all the staff that welcomed us really wasn’t friendly didnt smile didnt really tell me anything….we were there for a gymnastics meet at your own hotel convention and wouldnt even allow us an hour late check out time and the meet ran late….ever hotel ive ever stayed at for a gymnastics meet has always been accommodating and offered a discount because we were apart of the gymnastics meet….nothing…..i knew nothing about what the hotel offered they didnt ask if i had any questions im very disappointed and ... read more

When I checked in, I had paid for a King Room and they told me you (Expedia) oversold and accused's me of booking just a few days ago, not so. It was a horrible experience It was more an Econo Lodge room than the Hilton Branson. So disappointing.
