I didn't like the 30.00 fee that theyre adding on now for absolutely nothing. Why are you running a good thing by doing that. 30.00 convenience fee??? Seriously.

The few things that were minor issues. The tv remote didn't work very well. Only had a few channels selections. And it was locked so we weren't able to connect our roku. The bathroom sink had warm water coming out of the cold side. And a microwave in the room would have been handy.

Bad experience Over priced, extra charges as a surprise on day leaving not mentioned on line or during check in 30 dollars per day ( destination charge) Room not cleaned daily and when done one bed was not touched You call front desk no thing happens Every time you asked for your car and wait 10 minutes before you go down you discover that the valet has no idea you asked for it and this is 30 dollars per day service Room service food was bad and missing 2 items and have to call twice to remove these items from bill Definitel... read more

Wonderful facility but paying for parking when truck is too big to go into the garage is ridiculous.

Hey Tony- Thank you for being our guest. We do not own the garages at the Hilton Branson Convention center so there are fees for parking- Self parking is 15 daily in the city garage, and valet service is 30 daily. Both self-parking and valet are billable to the room and unlimited in and out. And the south lot is 8 daily in the open lot of the convention center. Check in was slow. Was there for a large event so the hotel knew there was a large group checking in with only 2 workers (manager did end up coming to help though). So stood in line at least 15 minutes & room not even ready (was 5:30pm by this time). On the bright side, only waited 10 minutes before getting a call to go to front desk. HOWEVER, there were still about 50 people checking in. We do love this hotel though. Great location. Great pool area. Nice rooms. Will stay again.

My only real issue with this property was the noise. It was very loud and at booking I was not aware there was a train right by it. I didn’t get much sleep or sadly rest. I think they should try to make the room environment quieter for guests.

Wayyyy overpriced! Won’t stay again For this price we got a room from the 90s with scratched headboards( chunks of leather missing) and bathrooms, hotel had the “casino” smell and rooms smelled old . Hotel charged my card twice after the initial $50 deposit and it took me 10 minutes to explain this to the lady at the front desk, she finally looked better and saw that I was charged again. Should not be this difficult and should not charge guests again by mistake.
