Used condom was found by our toddler as we were leaving the room to check out. So for the entire stay there was a condom under the edge of our bed…this is even after the room was “cleaned” 2 times by housekeeping while we were there. This is unacceptable and an unbelievable health hazard. Hoping and praying that our child remains healthy. I reported it to the front desk and they refunded the parking fees. I was and am still in shock over this and unsure of what else to do.

Check in was 2.5 hours after when check In time was postered due to rooms not being ready . Called and requested housekeeping to be done to room at 8:30 returned to room at 4 pm and room still not clean ….. had rice balcony but was struggle to open sliding door to go out onto …. Also tv remote was missing from room on arrival . When asked about problems excuses made by staff . Overall unsatisfied with stay esp for the price paid .

Rude super rude people in the check in. We asked for a different room because room 1008 had the entire two days stay a strong chemical odor, not sure what that burn chemical smell was like. We had no choice but to use it, disappointed of a “Hilton”, and also of the charge after charge
I felt the price was high considering the room comfort. Bed was not comfortable. Parking in garage should be arranged for guest to have closer parking than city officials if the city officials want visitors then visitors should be priority. These parking spots were not used during our stay but forced us to park further from the entrance of hotel. This may not be that big of a deal for most but is difficult for older people with lack of mobility.
Nice property and staff was great but our room smelled like dirty feet, they moved us to another room and smelled just as awful, plus the room would not cool down, they have motion sensors on the thermostat so unless your in the room moving around it shuts off. They were supposed to send someone to our room to spray air freshener but they just walked down the hallway and sprayed it. We were one of several couple that left due to the same issues. We will not be back.
