Everything was ok, but there was little to no hot water. I addressed it at check out. The hotel clerk said that they are talking to their engineers and that it is the biggest complaint. However, he did nothing else. No compensation, no "so sorry" or anything. Last time we will be staying here.
One of the desk clerks was visibly sick. It may not have been Covid but should have been wearing a mask.
Hilton Hotel was nice but room had a tear in the head board and some of the electrical outlets didn’t work. They appeared to be short staffed. No vending machines or breakfast facilities. They had a closet with snacks but you had to stand in line at the front desk to pay for it and like I said, short staffed so rather long wait. Had to walk across the street to Starbucks for breakfast as no restaurants open on the landing before 11 am. And hotel didn’t serve breakfast. Very expensive for what you got. The check in experience was awful- I understand as a society that we are reliant on technology, but when technology goes down, good old-fashioned customer service can not be forgotten about. The line was long to check in and the attendants were not calm or friendly- I expect more out of a Hilton. I also am floored that I was asked to move rooms for my second night of staying at this Hotel. After a fun day of shopping, we had to pack up all of our belongings and have them held for 5 hours while we waited on our "next room". T... read more
Great area for shopping and walking around. Our room was not ready at check in and room was not clean.
We didn't have hot water for the shower
