Hotel, hotel staff and stay was good as usual, we are big fans of Hilton properties. The only issue we had was after checking out we headed to parking garage through the hotel (catwalk connecting the two) we passed a police officer and several employees apparently handling a problem at the hotel, not yet knowing what it was. A few minutes later my wife, kids and I witness a body in the street apparently from someone that jumped from the top of the parking garage. The only thing we think could be improved is the bed. Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was great. This was our second year to stay here.

Headboard was torn with a hole. Bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen on the property. Balcony view was the worst we have ever had on the property.

It wasn’t the worst stay at a hotel we have ever had, but it’s close. We’ve been coming to Branson since the 90’s but this is the first experience with the Hilton there. We are used to a firm mattress, but the one in our room was ROCK HARD. I ended up having to sleep on the chair. Our check-in experience was good, until we were checking out and discovered everything we weren’t told (I.e., complimentary coffee is available daily in Level 2 Steakhouse instead of walking across the street and spending $10-$15/day on coffee!) Parking fee as a guest more than $10 a day, boo. Everything closed at 10 PM on Friday and 10:30 on Saturday. For a traveler, wanting to rest and then get out, or order late this was discouraging. Finally, vacationing and want to stay up late. Nothing to do, or eat. Best loc for Scenic Train Dinner and Tour. Loved It!
