In our room there were several areas that needed repairs. The bed backing had a huge piece pealing off as well as the bathroom mirror. The covers were also stained. Not worth the price paid.

Great place but housekeeping did show up on Saturday. We had to call at 6:40 pm for towels, coffee and cups for the next day. Disappointed as we spent over 300 a night. Location is awesome.

I was called and asked if we could switch to two queens instead of a king because they had a lot of king rooms out of order. They took $25 off my stay and gave me free parking. We were on the 12th floor and it was pretty hot up there so we turned the air down. Turns out the air didn’t work and even though it was set on 68, it was blowing hot air. On top of all of that, we had the rudest woman check us in. In my opinion, not worth the stay and won’t stay again.

We paid a lot for this room. We had a balcony but we couldn’t use it. It was full of cobwebs and spiders. A hotel of this caliber needs to clean this area daily. Also the room ac does not lower very quickly it shouldn’t take several hours to move down 1 degree. I expect that from a motel 6. Property was close to Branson Landing which was convenient.
