Plumbing in our room needed attention

Not what I thought we were paying for Valley team was awesome. Water in showers was never hot…. The light outside on the balcony never worked. Hole in the floor. Bed half ass made. Housekeeping never came in our room for fresh towels. Paint chipped off. Poor patch job in holes in walls. TV had issues working half the time. Check in went well they were able to change our booking after we didn’t book right.

Expensive places to stay. Got there early at 240 thinking check in was 3, well it was four but the clerk did she would get us in early so we waited 30 and clerk said just a few min we will get the room, 30 later she said just a few min. Then at 405 she said our room wasn't ready and she would up grade us but the room she gave us was not an upgrade from what we had.. rooms were ok but very nosey.. room had no view.. to expensive for what you get, we will not go back to this place.

Summertime is a struggle as we had many departures, and we were working very hard to turn the rooms for our arrivals. In looking at the room type you were not downgraded they placed you in the room type that was booked when it became ready. Constant buzzing in bathroom and the only way to turn on shower is to get wet with a blast of cold water. Sho9wer is very fine, hard spray. This morning there was something ringing outside our room...maybe an alarm in another room?

This has been our go to spot for years. The beds and pillows have been, in the past, the best we have found in a hotel. However, that changed with this trip. The bed had a cheap spring mattress, which I can only speculate was an emergency replacement...it was not good. For 300 bucks a night you need to get the bedding right in my opinion.

We made the best of this location even with all the hassles we went through it was clean, spacious, close to great walking shops, local dinning and my favorite there was a starbucks right out front! I was not aware of parking fees for everyday we were staying there. I think we should be advised ahead of time to plan accordingly. Also the key card for the parking garage was terrible it never worked! The pools were nice to have but I have to say the jacuzzis were a bit dirty the walls were stained so it was a bit gross.
