Again an excellent service. A tricky job but completed without any fuss. Very polite and engaging explaining issues as he went along. Price extremely competative.
Original appt was for the morning but because of personal circumstances your engineer wasn’t able to make it due to personal circumstances and we had to wait for an alternative to come and deal with the problem. His replacement, Lee ,came very late, which I was very impressed with as he obviously had more calls to do because of the circumstances and I would have understood if it had been too late for him.
