Informed when they were on their way Efficient+cleaned oven to a high standard,left all paperwork for my Son + Daugherty in law to commence insurance if they wish to.

Date and time was excellent.You are given a time slot on the day, which is very helpful as you are not having to wait around all day like other services. Ashley was pleasant and friendly. He did a fantastic job of my double oven. His approach to the work was carried out in a clean and tidy manner. I like the fact that HomeCare, seem to choose their employees very well which is another added bonus!
whilst we were satisfied with the outcome of the visit we were disappointed that the engineer was initially very focussed on selling and marketing rather than carrying out the service before discussing the product plus opportunity there we happy to take advantage of
Paul the carpet cleaner turned up on time as arranged did an excellent job on all three areas very polite and knowledgeable
