Friendly and very competent oven cleaner
Very pleased with the cleaning service. My oven really does look like new.
Alex was thorough, got on well with the dog, very necessary. He discussed company policy without being pushy or overselling which makes me more likely to contact when I need something. He pointed out the value of the standard plus policy again without pushing it and was courteous and pite throughout
Engineer was 'lovely', according to my wife, who was most impressed with his courtesy and efficiency.

Technician arrived early which suited our plans for the day! A most instructive session whilst the vacuum was serviced. We spoke of associated problems and were informed that the parent company was no longer trading. We were shown a new version which outperformed our unit and following a very concise demonstration we decided to purchase a new cleaner. Andy was anexcellent ambassador for your company who is clearly well versed in all the technical options.
