Duane was lovely and did an excellent job.However it was a double oven and he had been told only the main oven needed cleaning when I expected both ovens to be cleaned.When booking I did say it was a diuble.He did the smaller oven anyway thank you.I have signed up to a contract fir a yearly clean and am very satisfied thank you .
Connor was polite, pleasant and efficient. The carpets have come up well and I am pleased. He did have difficulty finding the property because sat nav is not accurate here, so I suggest your operatives have What3words to use.

Service was good and the additional cleaning was excellent. I understand your engineers are sent out to also push sales of other goods such as white goods cover, sales of vacuum cleaners etc, but it can be annoying and off putting. I’m a customer that, if I need to know about products or services, I will ask the question, I don’t particularly like hard selling!! But apart from that, I’m more than happy with the servicing. Thank you
