Colin was well mannered, kind and helpful. He took his time to explain what he was doing and to show me what I should do in the future like changing and washing the filters. He was more thorough than some of the previous engineers. He explained other services you provide. We did not need them but he didn’t try and pressurise us.

Connor arrived as promised and got to work immediately. He explained everything to me and showed me room by room what he had done. He was pleasant and efficient. He is also a good salesman as he negotiated me a new monthly deal, where I pay more.
