Lee was very professional and polite, explaining everything along the way. I had 3 jobs, and he was thorough in dealing with each. Particularly with the oven issue, which I thought was due to an old seal that needed replacing, he quickly realised that the cooling fan wasn’t working, and further tests confirmed this. Replacement part ordered for fitting in a few days. Left the kitchen tidy, and was clear on next steps.
