Just had my carpets cleaned by a lovely gentleman called Connor. He explained all the processes our carpets go through to get the Best result. I found Connor extremely knowledgeable about the nature of his profession and of the company on the whole. I am Extremely Happy with the results. The house has a wonderful smell and my carpets have come up lovely and fluffy. I have been with this company for 28 years. And have numerous things insured with them. Colin arrived on time, serviced my machine and replaced the filter. He demonstrated the new small Dyson (I’ve forgotten its name) and encouraged me to try it. As always, he was pleasant and efficient.
