2 brilliant guys who did a very through job and ordered the needed part. Everything perfect.
Connor and Sean came on time, explained everything and did a lovely job. They were polite and easy to talk to. They cleared away fully.
Gary was very friendly and professional. Did a great job. He did push your other services but not as much as other colleagues.
Your engineer arrived earlier than anticipated, he was efficient and thorough & explained the products you have available.

Repair man on time, very polite, pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately having to wait for part, but obviously not his fault.
All progressed satisfactorily. The additional £3 re the monthly DD towards next years visit was a good idea and look forward to then.
