Paul is efficient and polite. The suite certainly looks far better after the clean. Of course time will tell and I look forward to it drying out which will give the best indication of a successful clean. I realise the weather is miserable today, therefore it may take quite a bit longer to dry out than was mentioned on the telephone when I booked it. That said, the result looks as though it will be excellent.
