Ryan and Joe were prompt, personable and polite. Very professional. Outstanding job. They came in do my oven, and I in passing mentioned another issue to them, and Ryan really went out of his way to help me resolve that other matter. I also felt assured when I noticed that both Joe and Ryan were wearing clearly marked uniform, and on their uniform it was clearly marked that they were gas safe registered. Owen was very polite, professional and explained everything he’d done. Corrected a minor problem. Spoke about the range of home services and products. I didn’t feel pressured to make any commitments.
Gary explained everything very clearly and did an excellent job . He kept everything clean and tidied up well.
