Very efficient. The two worked well together.. The previous regular maintenance man never stopped talking, mostly about himself, so it was a refreshing that these two engaged in conversation if I started it but otherwise happy to just get on with their work . Although we got a text at mid morning to say they would be coming in an hour, we didn’t get any idea of am or pm at the start of the day. That would’ve been very helpful.
