From start to finish, my purchase of a new power recliner was excellent. Salesperson Travis Oh listened to my "needs" list and steered me only to options that met my criteria. Great! Delivery (and removal of old recliner) was 10 days later, smoothly and professionally handled by their team.
This Honolulu location is very convenient as they have a free parking lot right there and it is surrounded another wonderful furniture store Red Knot/Ashley . I like to explore furniture options and ideas, so this location knocked out 2 stores in one visit. I was looking specifically for a recliner/couch and was welcomed by Travis at the entrance. Nice selection. Travis and Jeremy helped us during our three visits. We moved from Thailand with luggage only so we had to fit out our apartment. The delivery team was efficient and careful. Wholeheartedly recommend

I just bought a nice couch from HomeWorld and had a wonderful experience with the salesperson Van Kusatsu. Not only was he EXTREMELY HELPFUL but also PATIENT, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL and made me feel welcome. He helped me make my decision to buy the couch because of his friendliness, professionalism and being so patient. HomeWorld is fortunate to have an employee that cares about their customers as Van does.
I really can't say enough good things about this HomeWorld location. They have a ton of great inventory, an assortment which I believe would allow for everyone to find something within their style preference. We had a few good couch options to choose from. Went in just to browse around after having a bad experience with the other furniture store on Kapi'olani! Our salesperson, Mercy helped us and showed us an array of choices to look through, long story short , we ended up buying furniture for our whole house and was so satisfied with Mercy's knowledge of all of the items she had shown us that we came back the next month and bought another sofa! I'm visiting this store for the first time with my nephew, Richard, but he has been here multiple times over the past five years. He always buys several pieces of furniture and decorations for his Airbnbs. The store provides great service and excellent prices, so he keeps returning.
