This review is because of Jeremy Young, who turned a bad experience from another furniture store earlier to a really great day. I'm sure he saw us coming, with my mother who uses a walker...he opened the door, greeted us, and asked how he could help. Such simple gestures and one you would expect from sales, but it made all the difference to us who had just experienced the opposite. He was patient, thorough, and attentive to my mother's needs. Gotta go with a higher rating for this location because we found a beautiful chest of drawers here. It was pretty decent quality. Sturdy although the paint has been showing marks a lot easier. Still, we are happy with our purchase.
Bought a open box (floor model) sectional from Home World from Travis Oh and the whole experience was Excellent. He's is knowledgeable, professional and patience. I never felt like a number or rushed as we took our time. Even after it was delivered and slightly damaged by an independent company he remedied the situation within hours. I recommend Travis for your furniture needs! Excellent Customer Service
Lots of inventory to choose from. Salesperson knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. There's also C.S. Wo upstairs if one wants higher price furnishings, and Red Knot adjoining if one desires lower priced furniture. Free parking.
Experience from start to finish was amazing! Jake, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful w/ our selection. Delivery time was communicated on a timely basis. I had such a great experience with Dana and Kelly at Homeworld this week. They are both very professional and helpful. I didn't really have an idea of what we wanted but they were quick to give me information on different beds and mattresses to make my decision easy. I am so happy with the bunk bed and mattresses that we got and I'm so glad we decided to get it at HomeWorld. Dana and Kelly are great and add value to this company!
We went in to look for a couch, a new bed, and mattress. It was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend so there was a steady crowd flowing throughout the store. We had just come from another furniture store with no luck due to a lack of customer service. Wonderful experience from the moment we entered the store and met Keito. We came early, the store was closed by the saw us and opened the door earlier. We ordered a bed frame and it was supposed to arrive at the end of July, which was fine, but it actually arrived a month earlier! We picked it up at their location close to Target and the good experience continued. Everyone was kind, polite and efficient. Just today we received a Thank you note from Keito!
