I had a very wonderful experience working with Steven Ingledue. He was so easy and patience to work with. Not pushy at all. He listened and answered all our questions. Great customer service representative. We I'll go back to him when we're looking for more furniture.
So Ashley is own by CS Wo, local company and taken ovee by 3rd generation. We were greeted by friendly salesperson, Van. He's very personable, helpful, and accommodating. The showroom has many options, but Van tuned into what our needs are...very insightful. On this visit was a desk that lifts, loveseat recliner-rocker, and dining table. We purchased a dining floor model at a good price because they didn't want to separate a set into pieces. All in all, everything came out great! We were stoked...Ciao!
We went into the store 1 hour before they closed. Our sales person Jonathon was so helpful and accommodating. He took his time and made us amazing recommendations. We love our couch and really appreciated his amazing service!
Purchased a sofa from Ashley first, and went to look for our perfect bed. Steven was very helpful, very polite, not overwhelming. Absolutely loved the experience! Looking forward to get our new beautiful bed!
We had two very good experiences with our furniture purchases. One was with salesperson Keito for a dresser and the other was with Daniel Ruiz for two leather recliners. Although the dresser arrived with some manufacturer defects, Keito got on top of it right away and ordered a replacement after sending a service person to see if he could resolve the problem. Went to Homeworld Beretania about 3 weeks ago to look at their couches after looking through Inspiration with no luck. I was interested in a Stressless couch, but was very concerned about the size (getting it through my old condo's front door) and type of wood in the frame (termites). Isaac and Daniel saved our marriage!!! Seriously they did. We moved from mainland with only 6 suitcases and needed to furnish an entire home. After the initial email request for help, both came to our place, listened, measured, counted rooms, areas, advised... Came in today just looking for a couch. My husband & I were firm on just looking NOT buying. However, Greg gave us a tour around & gave us the pros and cons on everything. Was completely honest about everything & took note of all our interests! He genuinely cared about what we were looking for! We also had to bring our dog along because of course it's essentially his couch too. Greg even played with him & was incredibly friendly towards him! If you're coming to this location, be sure to request Greg! He's the best!
I had to visit the store several times due to low inventory. Every time I visited the store, Andrea, the sales associate at Red Knot, always greeted me with a friendly smile and offered for assistance. She spent a lot of time to search for the furniture to meet my need with patience.
