We had to move from our home to a little smaller place, and Jeremy has helped us before finding an entertainment center. This time we needed a new couch because we needed more space to move around. Located in town, across from the main police station. This is quite a large showroom of furnitures, and next to it is a showroom of mattresses. There are a variety of furnitures you can choose from. This is a place to visit if you are looking for furnitures. You can get an idea of the style and price.

I thought I'd never go back to Homeworld after the terrible experience we had at the PearRidge location with Allen Burgess. My daughter wanted to buy furniture so rather than going to the PearlRidge location we went to the store in town. The sales person Keito Miyagi was very helpful and keeps us up to date as to when our furniture will come in. Due to Covid many places are having problem getting their supply. From start to finish, one of the best customer service experiences ever. I ordered everything from the mainland by telephone. Michael Wood was amazing on the phone, making sure I understood what I was buying, answering all my questions. He even found the couch I so desperately wanted on Oahu when it looked like the only one left was on Maui. The furniture had to be delivered in 3 installments due to shipping delays (during COVID). Give Daniel a raise please! I was the most pain in the ass customer to deal with ever and he was the best. He has a great attitude, loves his job, and appreciates his customers. He might be the happiest guy I've ever had to deal with. Daniel worked hard to earn my business and keep it. I made him re-charge my credit card three times so that my husband wouldn't know how much money I spent. Highly recommend. Oh yeah ... my couch is great too - ha! High quality and looks gorgeous in my house.

When we went in an amazing employee (Daniel Ramos) helped us find the perfect couch for our space. He saw the size and color of the couches we were checking out and immediately knew what to show us. By far this location had the best options and prices we've seen in the area. They do expedited delivery, if the item is in stock it'll be delivered within the week!! Amazing since most places will make you wait several weeks. Best experience we've had shopping for furniture and the staff was so fun to work with. 10/10 would recom... read more

I went on the homeworld site and ordered some furniture, waited a few days and have received no calls in regards to my order. So, I decided to give the Honolulu store a call. Stephanie was very helpful on the phone, and have followed up with me via email to let me know the status of my order. After an annoying experience at Inspiration's town location, we headed over to HomeWorld on Beretania. The town location seems smaller than the Pearlridge one, but had a couple of different couches. The variety suited what we were looking for better: a simple, modern design without armrests. It seems like the store is really light on staff but is appropriate.
