Give Daniel a raise please! I was the most pain in the ass customer to deal with ever and he was the best. He has a great attitude, loves his job, and appreciates his customers. He might be the happiest guy I've ever had to deal with. Daniel worked hard to earn my business and keep it. I made him re-charge my credit card three times so that my husband wouldn't know how much money I spent. Highly recommend. Oh yeah ... my couch is great too - ha! High quality and looks gorgeous in my house.
When we went in an amazing employee (Daniel Ramos) helped us find the perfect couch for our space. He saw the size and color of the couches we were checking out and immediately knew what to show us. By far this location had the best options and prices we've seen in the area. They do expedited delivery, if the item is in stock it'll be delivered within the week!! I went on the homeworld site and ordered some furniture, waited a few days and have received no calls in regards to my order. So, I decided to give the Honolulu store a call. Stephanie was very helpful on the phone, and have followed up with me via email to let me know the status of my order. After an annoying experience at Inspiration's town location, we headed over to HomeWorld on Beretania. The town location seems smaller than the Pearlridge one, but had a couple of different couches. The variety suited what we were looking for better: a simple, modern design without armrests. It seems like the store is really light on staff but is appropriate. Michael Wood did a great job. We went in after the first lock down and I showed him what I was looking for. Really quickly he looked up all that I wanted to see and we browsed the 2 couches. my review only relates to jason in customer service - not to the store or other personnel. i am VERY impressed with jason! our family had an unusual circumstance shortly after i purchased a lift chair for $2,000. we contacted the store about the situation and were referred to jason. he was great. he took the time to understand the situation, was compassionate, and offered a totally acceptable solution. the situation was resolved to our complete satisfaction. he truly understands customer "service!"

This review is because of Jeremy Young, who turned a bad experience from another furniture store earlier to a really great day. I'm sure he saw us coming, with my mother who uses a walker...he opened the door, greeted us, and asked how he could help. Such simple gestures and one you would expect from sales, but it made all the difference to us who had just experienced the opposite. He was patient, thorough, and attentive to my mother's needs.
