Love this store... actually, all the stores. So many options under one extensive roof covers all price ranges and styles. Want to go over the top luxe? They got you covered. Need budget for starting out or just new additions? They got that, too. I like the ease of exploring, and the no pressure sales team that are helpful. I've bought from here before, easy recommendation for options, quality products, great delivery, and a sales team that are so helpful.

I had an incredible experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore for the first time thanks to Andrea!! I came in July 2021. She was the first person who greeted me and she was very upfront and honest from the start about the inventory and shipping backlog. I told her what I wanted and she was able to show me the available couches and dressers that would best fit my style. She did not disappoint! Wow. We are so thankful for Issac at HomeWorld. He has been beyond helpful and accommodating. He helped us furnish many parts of our new home and was straightforward on suggesting certain pieces based on my vision for our new house. We are especially in love with the purchase of our Tanavi modular couch!! We are awaiting the other pieces since many things are on backorder (this is everywhere in Hawaii rn). We have purchased a lot of furniture from homeworld over the past five years and are very satisfied with their service. Our primary salesman is Daniel Ramos, but the service and multiple delivery personnel all are very professional and aloha friendly. Our master bedroom is from their high end Whittier Addison line which is modern / contemporary solid alder with beautiful walnut veneer construction. We had to move from our home to a little smaller place, and Jeremy has helped us before finding an entertainment center. This time we needed a new couch because we needed more space to move around. My original couch was huge! ( love that couch) anyway when we got to the store we just started looking around and then Jeremy walked by and he recognized us from a year ago!! Located in town, across from the main police station. This is quite a large showroom of furnitures, and next to it is a showroom of mattresses. There are a variety of furnitures you can choose from. This is a place to visit if you are looking for furnitures. You can get an idea of the style and price.

I thought I'd never go back to Homeworld after the terrible experience we had at the PearRidge location with Allen Burgess. My daughter wanted to buy furniture so rather than going to the PearlRidge location we went to the store in town. The sales person Keito Miyagi was very helpful and keeps us up to date as to when our furniture will come in. Due to Covid many places are having problem getting their supply. From start to finish, one of the best customer service experiences ever. I ordered everything from the mainland by telephone. Michael Wood was amazing on the phone, making sure I understood what I was buying, answering all my questions. He even found the couch I so desperately wanted on Oahu when it looked like the only one left was on Maui. The furniture had to be delivered in 3 installments due to shipping delays (during COVID).
