Came in today just looking for a couch. My husband & I were firm on just looking NOT buying. However, Greg gave us a tour around & gave us the pros and cons on everything. Was completely honest about everything & took note of all our interests! He genuinely cared about what we were looking for! We also had to bring our dog along because of course it's essentially his couch too. Greg even played with him & was incredibly friendly towards him! If you're coming to this location, be sure to request Greg! He's the best!

I had to visit the store several times due to low inventory. Every time I visited the store, Andrea, the sales associate at Red Knot, always greeted me with a friendly smile and offered for assistance. She spent a lot of time to search for the furniture to meet my need with patience. We had our second purchased in Ashley S. Beretania. Great selections that fits my budget. Special thanks to Andrea L., home furnishing consultant, she was very helpful and friendly. No hassle on delivery part, they have company that do that just pay for the fee. The second floor was under revitalization when we went there but it doesn't bother me. We loved our new dining set! Satisfied customer here.

I had excellent service there from The lady that helped us. Barbara maybe but could be wrong. I also had amazing service from the lady behind the desk that canceled my charge and redid it for me on the credit card I'd have preferred to use. She was so kind and so helpful when she really didn't need to be. I appreciate great customer service and I got that here! Love this store... actually, all the stores. So many options under one extensive roof covers all price ranges and styles. Want to go over the top luxe? They got you covered. Need budget for starting out or just new additions? They got that, too. I like the ease of exploring, and the no pressure sales team that are helpful. I've bought from here before, easy recommendation for options, quality products, great delivery, and a sales team that are so helpful.

I had an incredible experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore for the first time thanks to Andrea!! I came in July 2021. She was the first person who greeted me and she was very upfront and honest from the start about the inventory and shipping backlog. I told her what I wanted and she was able to show me the available couches and dressers that would best fit my style. She did not disappoint! Wow. We are so thankful for Issac at HomeWorld. He has been beyond helpful and accommodating. He helped us furnish many parts of our new home and was straightforward on suggesting certain pieces based on my vision for our new house. We are especially in love with the purchase of our Tanavi modular couch!! We are awaiting the other pieces since many things are on backorder (this is everywhere in Hawaii rn). We have purchased a lot of furniture from homeworld over the past five years and are very satisfied with their service. Our primary salesman is Daniel Ramos, but the service and multiple delivery personnel all are very professional and aloha friendly. Our master bedroom is from their high end Whittier Addison line which is modern / contemporary solid alder with beautiful walnut veneer construction.
