I perused their website because i was looking for a beige Stressless recliner... Benjamin Suiso, Jr. emailed me and we set up an appointment...he was there on time and we were able to find the right recliner and a desk during my visit. Ben is personable and professional...he was the reason i spent more than $3100 that day. Admin had problems processing my check but that was likely due to it being folded and in my wallet for some time. Ben followed up after the sale... everyone needs an employee like Ben...
Amalia helped me find everything I needed. She let me look without hovering but was close by and helpful when I had questions. The furniture I found was exactly what I needed and the experience was painless!
