I had such a great experience with Dana and Kelly at Homeworld this week. They are both very professional and helpful. I didn't really have an idea of what we wanted but they were quick to give me information on different beds and mattresses to make my decision easy. I am so happy with the bunk bed and mattresses that we got and I'm so glad we decided to get it at HomeWorld. Dana and Kelly are great and add value to this company!

We went in to look for a couch, a new bed, and mattress. It was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend so there was a steady crowd flowing throughout the store. We had just come from another furniture store with no luck due to a lack of customer service. The salesman who was at the front door greeting guests ending up helping us very efficiently and we got what we were looking for. Wonderful experience from the moment we entered the store and met Keito. We came early, the store was closed by the saw us and opened the door earlier. We ordered a bed frame and it was supposed to arrive at the end of July, which was fine, but it actually arrived a month earlier! This was our 2nd major purchase at this store; both positive. Re our recent purchase of a power Loveseat recliner: Mahalo to sales people Susan & Dana, store mgr Isaac, and the knowledgeable patient delivery men, for a helpful, easy & efficient experience! Each step of the process was supportive, generous & professional. We're so happy with our new comfy "Power of Love" seat!

I had the best experience at slumber world. My sales person was Fern Cannot and she was extremely helpful in my mattress selection. She was helpful but not pushy. She explained features and allowed me time to decide my choice without being over bearing. I fully recommend using Slumber World and ask for Fern. There was a slight mix up on delivery, but it was delivered promptly the next day and Jason the manager took full responsibility and apologized. I bought my mattress's fully educated and I am very pleased!

Homeworld has some impressive showrooms. One can meander through them for days only to find you've been going around in circles. Prices are competitive and for most things fair. Have recently been to both the town location as well as the Pearl City one. Both have had friendly and helpful sales staff approach me to help without being pushy. Homeworld has been bought by C.S. While visiting the island, we stopped in to visit the local furniture scene(professional curiosity). Al was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided us with a fabulous restaurant recommendation. Thanks Al, for making our visit even more spectacular. The food was amazing and your recommendation was very much appreciated. Please buy furniture from Al...anyone who knows food like this has the best design and customer service skills.

Just moved to Oahu from California. Needed new furniture for my living room and bedroom. Walking around the massive showroom I was not pressured by any sales people. When I was ready to start buying, Mikah was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional, while being friendly, and empathetic to some of my uncertainty. HomeWorld Furniture/C.S. Wo & Sons you have earned your 5 stars due to your policy on after care service. Now with the advent of motorized furniture, purchase of extended warranty and customer care is very important. If your recliner/furniture has moving parts the chances of it breaking is a real possibility. When shopping for an infinite position recliner at a discount furniture store, I asked about their warranty.
