I always go to HomeWorld whenever I'm in need of any kind of furniture. Selections vary from entry level pricing to kinda damn pricey! But they have great staff/salespeople who are always willing to help out. Earl is just terrific. He will always listen to your wants and needs try to give you different options which you can choose from. Always honest and upfront. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be.

Very large selection of furniture. They range from high-end to low-end and even have mattresses to purchase upstairs. Our sales rep was Keito, he was very friendly and helpful. We told him what we were looking for in furniture and he took us right to everything we needed. So far we only purchased two items, but we might come back to purchase more. We are still kind of shopping around and seeing what our options are. Although so far, HomeWorld has had the best items.

The sales associate, AMALIA CARTER, made my visit & subsequent order a joy! I went into the store to "look" and left with a Special Order submitted. AMALIA is a skilled & knowledgable person with a sparkling personality. She took a lot of time with me & I admit I'm not an easy customer! In the end I bought something I had not anticipated liking - only because AMALIA pointed out that it could work well for me. She is a gem & Homeworld is fortunate to have her on their staff!

Recently we went into Home World to buy 2 stressless chairs, the deal was $200 off each chair if you donate $50 to a charity. When we went to pay some other employee told our salesman it is $50 donation for each chair after the cashier said " per purchase order" So a manager came out to verify that it is indeed two $50 donation's to get the $200 off each chair. The ad didn't specify this....Long story short they gave us $50 off the delivery cost of $100...We now are happy campers. Moral of the story, ask details of special..... read more

I am very impressed with the service at Home World. I needed a couch for my family room. When I walked in, Barbara Anderson approached me and offered her assistance. We were able to configure a sectional that worked, selected the material and color and Barbara placed the order for me. The delivery went very smoothly. The delivery crew arrived on time and what I especially liked is they called prior to their arrival to say they'd be here in 5 minutes. The quickly and efficiently unwrapped and set up the furniture. We went to Ashley before and no one bothered to help us, so we didn't buy the couch we desperately needed. But when we walked into Homeworld, we were immediately greeted by Keito. He was so friendly and helpful. He also gave us the personal space to look. He wasn't breathing down our necks and making us feel pressured to make a decision right away. I love furniture stores because I love decorating- should have done it as a career! I finally bought a place since relocating to Hawaii, so am very excited to decorate/furnish the place! I was referred to Natalie because I work with her sister. She is very nice and helpful, although she did get called away quite a bit- busy Saturday. Me and my gf went couch shopping today. We weren't in a rush but we liked the fact that salespeople came by and said hi and acknowledged us when we were just couch testing. Susan was very helpful in giving us an insight on different layouts to different couches, telling us about the customs and warranties. Though I was sold on the LayZ boy love seat and recliners.
