This review has been a long time coming, so keep in mind my purchases from from 2017. We spent a little over $3000 on a couch chair and ottoman. We waited 3 months for deliver ( that was expected) but when it was delivered the throw pillows on the couch were ripped, we didn't say anything because we weren't too concerned about the throw pillows, and we had waiter so long we we just let it go. Homeworld, I really wanted to like you. I really wanted to just get my furniture and be another satisfied customer. Unfortunately, I guess things don't always work out how we hope. LOCATION: Homeworld Furniture has several locations across the island including Aiea, Kapolei, and Honolulu. Let's not forget they also have locations on the outer islands. Update: I was contacted by someone on behalf of Homeworld and asked to provide my order info and email and was told someone from their Management team would be contacting me. That was over a week ago and I have not yet been contacted. June 2019- I looked on their website for a dining room set but when I called the store to see if it was in stock, the person helping me had trouble locating the item. Not ever going back to this place again. Bought a fairly expensive leather sofa and love seat combo from here when we bought our house about 5 years ago. Also bought the extended warranty that we were assured would take care of any issues up to 3 years. About 2 years into owning that sofa, one of the seams started to separate. We filed a claim and were repeatedly told that they couldn't get in touch with the manufacturer and couldn't do anything. I like the Sale Rep, young guy Bradon (?), who helped our family to buy the 2 big furniture items. They have different options and the prices are moderate and little expensive but the rule is that you pay for what you get. 1.5 star minus is because of the STUPID RULE: Need to pick up before 6pm! I was very disappointed because you need to take a day off to rent a truck and get there before 6pm. This is definitely a bad customer service rule!
Extremely disappointed in this store. After an exhaustive search we found exactly what we needed and made a 50% deposit which was required to hold the bed for 3 weeks. We had a whole move scheduled around this bed. In 3 weeks we came in paid of the balance and made arrangements to pick it up in 2 days. When we came in to pick it up 2 days later we were informed that they had sold it. Very bad business.

Walked around the store both top and bottom twice with no help or acknowledgement at all not even a greeting. I'm not one to pull a race card but when I looked around, only white and asians were being helped. Maybe my race? Maybe cause I look young? In any case, poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all.

...BEWARE...BEWARE... BEWARE... on October 2017 I had placed a report that my couch was broken and the motor needed to be replaced. After going thru 2 technicians (1st one didn't accept the job in time so it went to another technician) I was finally able to schedule an appointment in November. The technician comes out and tells us he needs to order a part and will be back to fix it. Well a month goes by and the next thing I notice it was December and my couch is still not working.
