These people should be ashamed! I knew dealerships always charge more but $3,300 more?!?! that's robbery! my kid got an estimate for $3,500 to do work and when we told our local mechanic all it needed their estimate was half that so we took it there. When they did the actual work, it DIDN'T NEED ANY OF IT! Just an O-ring which cost $200! very poor attitude with customer relations and it seems they are always too busy to return your calls or deal with a concern you may have...very disappointed would not recommend this place to anyone
Sales man Hunter was great! The communication within this company is lacking. Purchased a 09' Honda CRV EX-L for a mail car. Couldn't take it home the day I purchased cause they needed to do a few things to it prior to me taking it home as per the GM. Went back the following day to pick car up and they told me it wasn't ready and to come back the next day. Mind you, I drove 1.5 hours to pick it up. They told me the day prior it would be ready. Honda morristown sold me a 2016 Kia Optima in May of 2022 and a service contract for this car. The car was unsafe to drive off the lot but they let me take the car anyway knowing it still needed to be serviced, because they requested the car back 2 days later. they did a few maintenance things and changed the tires which i am thankful for but the main engine problem was never addressed. worst place ever tell you they have parts then make you take keys apart then says oh well don't have it then you stuck into buying a 400 dollars key do go there there awful especially Steve the parts manager
4 hour oil change…. Enough said. � recall work was rescheduled because parts weren’t there but didn’t tell me until car had been there over an hour. Recall parts were supposed to be there though.
RecommendedMy wife got a car here 2023 honda crv, told them I wanted all the warranties added she could possibly get.
