bit confusedby your reply. the app tried to do firmware update again and failed, but you are saying it worked? your support team also say I can do the firmware update from the app, but theres no option anywhere in the app to do this...unless I'm missing something!

cleaner works well. However the app tried to do firmware updates through my android phone to the control box and robot and it failed halfway through. there is no option to restart the update in the app. any suggestions please?
