They haven't improved this app in years. It's often very slow to respond and I have to quit and restart to get it to work. Many of the functions are in a web interface rather than the app. It does the basics of what it needs to do, but absolutely nothing more, thus my 3 star review.

When it connects it's great, but doesn't always connect to the bot.

its tpuch and go; at times it is fine and others I feel like its possessed. The pool temp is wrong and can't fix it. very frustrating

keeps telling me to update firmware error very frustrating

Ever siince they pushed the update for the app.I have trouble if I can even access my pool controls at all. I have installed the App, logged out, power cycled the Aqualink by flipping the breaker and still takes close to an hour to get into the pool controls. once I get into the app , I keep getting a message " Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again". apparently , this update was not tested before it was fielded to customers.
