Worst WiFi system ever! If you are considering adding the iAquaLink pool control system to your pool, be sure to also get the hard-wired, in-wall control panel. The WiFi app for the smart phone only works 5-10% of the time, if that. Without the in-wall panel, you will have no control over the pumps for the pool and water features, cleaner, lights, etc. as the WiFi phone app is nearly useless. Biggest waste of money ever!

We had AquaLink set up and it worked fine. Then our electronics guy came in and reset our Eeros router--and took off 2.4 G. We had him come back and had him reinstate 2.4 G. Since then, we he has worked directly with the AquaLink help desk and we have worked directly with them as well and we cannot get the system to connect to our router. The disappointing thing is that AquaLink has no one to come out and look at this--as we electronics guy cannot figure it out with the Aqualink help desk

I agree with Mr. Naidler. No other device on our network gives us the problems that we have with this app and the "dreaded red light." It is extremely aggravating and I have had no success with customer service. I was invited to leave my number for a call back and, to my knowledge, I never received one.

absolutely frustrating piece of garbage. constantly loses connection. 9 months of wasted time. one warranty company was also useless. not a solid piece of software. so tired of this junk.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If there was an opportunity to give this NO STARS I would have done it. Since our Aqualink was installed 23 days ago and it has been "out of service" or "system unavailable" for 21 days. The pool installation company is telling me that this is a challenge for MANY of their customers and they are moving AWAY from Aqualink. As a software/app developer I understand the challenges, but come on guys - this is BEYOND ridiculous

I have Aqualink2.0 installed 5 months ago.... the app was downloaded in my phone. The system goes offline all of the time. I can operate the pool pump from my phone app but most of the time it will not operate the pool light or the waterfall feature. I have called the company that installed the system but the one time they came out it worked. This had been going on ever since the system was installed. This is so frustrating!!!! This system is spotty. We have had this for 15 months with many issues. Tonight after midnight I tried to turn the system off. My internet is working but these are the error messages: 502 Bad Gateway and 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable Very frustrating!

After the last update we are unable to change the color of the hot tub lights and the pool light decides what color it wants to be daily. Why did you remove the option to chose the light color in the hot tub?!? I’ve tried to call the support number and it won’t go through. I really wish you would push another update to fix these issues.
