update: 5/28/25 contacted by developer worked to resolve issues was professional and diligent about replying promptly app is fully functional and does as stated upgraded to 5 stars due to totality of resolution basic. features don't work accordingly

Pretty glitchy. Loses connection constantly if not handled "gently," changing my pool from a green dot to a red dot and unable to connect for 30-45 min.... other than that, it's convenient!
