Why are so many of this app’s features tucked into the “web” area of the app? Anything you don’t have to control within that area is great, but once you need to do something like mess with the schedule, take your blood pressure pills first. Connection is spotty. I usually have to go out and turn the box off and back on outside to just to connect to the web. Even then, lag is terrible. If you touch a button, don’t dare touch something else before the 5 seconds it takes for the app to respond or it might freeze. Pray you don’t get a phone call either because if you do or accidentally close, it’s back outside to manually turn on and off the box and start again. Very frustrating and crappy app design when considering most pools are around $100k.

Apps work great, didn’t have any issue until one time I forgot to click Save button in Schedule setting and support were able to resolve quick. Nice feature to have is guest mode where guest doesn’t have access to setting or delete device otherwise I don’t trust guest to use admin account. It’s for rental

A sorely needed feature is the ability to set the pool heater schedule by calendar date, and not simply by day of the week. For vacation properties or Airbnb hosts, a calendar date feature is an absolute must. If that feature was implemented I would definitely give it 5 stars, but without it the scheduling experience in the app is very manual and time consuming (no ability to clone / save schedules etc) Edit: Thanks!
