the worst app ever even when it does work
has an analog system for 26 years. it died, got a new system, now no longer a wall controller, but an app. the app, specifically for turning off spa jets is horrible. multiple times it seems off and does not turn off.
When I open the app it connects and when I hit start it never shows the status. I don't know if it started or is idle. If I look outside it is usually running. Says it needs a firmware update and to contact support. I sent 2 requests to support with no response.

the software almost never loads on my phone, no updates available, very frustrating

Please ensure that the wifi signal out by your pool is at least 10 Mbps and uses a 2.4 GHz wifi network. Try these tips in order until the app stabilizes: Log out & back in. Change your password. I only use the app for a Freerider FR2000 robot cleaner. The app fails to notify you when the timer/robot has completed its task. I have checked every notification/permission, it simply fails to send the notification. So without that its useless. May as well do everything from the robot itself and set my ph timer instead. I also had issues with the repetitive firmware upgrade messages. After many ph calls and emails it finally got sorted via the backend but huge waste of my time.

App is buggy and inconsistent. App says pump is not running when it is. Frequently can't turn on/off pump from app. Schedules sometimes don't work. Latest update installed with same behavior.
