Won't connect no matter what I do. I tried everything suggested. I even get the green, connected to the internet, light. I've put a router in the middle of my yard just to make sure it has an amazing connection, and it still won't connect. I've set up a separate 2.5G network with all the settings requested. I've wasted hours of my life that I won't get back and still have zero connection.

Awful. I literally have to power cycle my entire pool daily to keep this thing connected. It never works remote. and they haven't updated this app in terms of usability for as long as I've had our pool which is 5 years.

Doesn't appear to let me access my systems when I'm on a VPN
Loosing connection all the time, have to reset the device every few days to get the uplink. Had to buy a wifi AP for my pool enginee room, hust dor this device. Would be great to have local connectivity with HA and not cloud only (its one and only device being managed outside my LAN).
