Unsure if it's me or the app or the use of ESP32 but terribly buggy. Need to get the app and controller updated as I'm sure it has firmware that's less than a year and a half old ... Should allow OTA updates.. 0_o

Very buggy. Every time I open the app, it finds my robot but after I start the cleaning I get a popup saying connection error even though the robot is cleaning. After I close the pop up, I can control the robot until it finishes the cleaning.

Updating a 1 star review from 2023-02. I wish I could rate this lower than one star. Even lower than one star. For this app, I wish negative stars were a thing. While this app has always been squirrelly periodically failing requiring some on off procedure from support to fix it. I currently can't access the Web View from either the App or the official site. So I can't manage most of the features of my pool. I WISH there was an alternative. I hate this and this company. But here I am stuck. :(

Once you do something else and go back to the app to get an update, an error occurs, and it needs to be restarted. Also, it will not open a web browser on the phone.

always disconnects and need resetup the pump, at least monthly if not more.

UPDATED to 1 star due to lack of support and poor a bug that has been in the app for over 6 months with no fix. Customer service is Poor and just deflects and doesn't take initiative. As others have stated, app is poorly designed and does NOT work to update the main settings, have to use a browser window after the latest update. Read other reviews and the company response to contact them through the app.

This frequently doesn't work. there's something wrong with the transmission from the control board to the computer. I am very frustrated.
