I turned my spa heater on this evening & when I went to turn it off the app would not allow me to access the equipment systems to my pool nor spa. So I had to go to the breaker panel to manually shut off the spa.

In my opinion their app sucks real bad. Very poor quality softwate for the price of the unit. Feels like they hired amateurs to program it. The basket doesn't hold much and the unit can't seem to climb out when it is full. Not impressed at all.

very difficult to control. when you want forward it goes backwards etc... I had the previous one P955 with a remote it was 100%better. I hate not being able to control it on the stand itself and have to use my phone.
