iAquaLink allows you to control your pool anytime, anywhere. Using our free app for your smart phone or web-connected device, you can control all the elements of your pool or pool/spa system, even when you're on the go.
It should be possible to create more color scheme/themes and also delete the existing ones if I want to.
Am I a Beta tester or customer? That's the ? using this app beyond the on/off buttons. Changing pump&cleaner settings requires me to (usually unsuccessfully) connect to a late V1.5-RS 90s design Web platform 😳). Why isn't this still not integrated into the main (updated??)app V6.8.1? V1 vs V6, no wonder it fails all the time. 🙏 invest in your software engineers, hire more or pay them more! The disconnect between the marketing promises & pictures versus the reality of this app is so misleading.
Crashes 100% of the time. New versions have gotten more and more unstable. Can't run the app for more than 20 minutes without it crashing and having to start over. App does not match the screen captures show for the app. It works when it runs, but overall very frustrating. 3 years later the app is better. Seems like they update it all the time. Last update crashes the app after 15 minutes of use, every time. Have to quit it and re launch it. Very frustrating. Did everything you said. Same error

Completely useless. My pool is nowhere near WiFi. Salesman said that I didn't have to put it on wifi. Setup DEMANDS wifi. I just want my freaking pool cleaned. Now I'm boxing the whole thing up and taking it back. I'll go back to a mechanical cleaner. Demanding something that has a high chance of not being available is a terrible mindset. As long as you guys are this backwards-thinking, I won't buy your products.
My Galaxy A11 automatically downloaded an "upgrade " on June 13th. Since then the app won't connect. Have tried to call support for over a week, can't get though, the recording says they will call you back but they never do. Tried to email. Got a message back (finally) that all problems have been fixed, obviously they have not. Getting really upset. I used the app several times a day. They need to send a new upgrade that will work again for Samsung phones.
Constantly cannot find the cleaner, and I need to close the app and reopen it until the cleaner is found. Looses the wifi alot and I have to unplug and plug the base station constantly.
It works, but it's clunky as hell. It's basically a wrapper for a website that has a lot of latency. The big promise was that it would integrate with Google Home and it looks like that's never going to happen. Boggles the mind why they can't do something easy like that. A company as big as Zodiac should be willing to spend 10-20k on building a proper app that integrates with home automation. SMH.
