    *update: it has become even more unreliable. Now upon when opening the app the 1st time, it has the loading icon never go green. For some reason, it will work on 2nd attempt every time. I have a solid connection and have tried the other troubleshooting ideas. This app just sucks and is an embarrassment. Have to constantly restart app because once you turn screen off and back on, get error message. Plus there is no widget.

    app always needs to be restarted. No Google Home integration.

    Very frustrated by this app. Not all features are available for programing, and the parts in the "web" link have not loaded in over 6 months.

    Terrible connectivity, terrible interface. Every single time I open the app I have to immediately close it because it will not connect. Since it always connects the second time, I've developed a habit of opening it, closing it and then opening it again to get it to work. It is located less than 10 ft from my router and I can see in my router settings it's getting good signal strength - this is an issue of poor app development and design.

    Can't connect to WiFi. No signals found. Is not an eeros issue. I have a dedicated standalone 2.4g router for buggy devices. It just doesn't detect any Wi-Fi signals at all

    Can't complete the WiFi setup. The app can't find any SSID's to connect to. Tried the info in the replay from the app developer. But it still doesn't work. Can't connect Wi-Fi. I have a dedicated 2.4 router it can't find either. Tried a Samsung tablet, a pixel phone. This app just does not work.

    no instructions on how to set up anything are giving. support manual is only available on line and dfficult to follow and understand.

    This app feels like it was made in the early days of the web. It has limited functionality (stuff like schedules can only be done on an ancient web interface) and it frequently announces that "something has gone wrong" and you have to kill it and restart it.
