Since my Z400iQ updated its firmware this app just does not connect at all. It sees the SSIDs but no matter what I try it will just not connect. 2.4GHz networks, changing ssids, changing passwords. Nothing works. I have tried contacting support through Zodiac and Flurida with no response. Can someone please contact me.

Horrible app, all you can basic do is very simplistic tasks. Features that are missing include the ability to schedule the cleaning start and finish. Also, it would be much more useful if the app could show the area that has been cleaned, similar to the robot vacuum cleaners, creating maps, etc...

Unsure if it's me or the app or the use of ESP32 but terribly buggy. Need to get the app and controller updated as I'm sure it has firmware that's less than a year and a half old ... Should allow OTA updates.. 0_o

Very buggy. Every time I open the app, it finds my robot but after I start the cleaning I get a popup saying connection error even though the robot is cleaning. After I close the pop up, I can control the robot until it finishes the cleaning.

Updating a 1 star review from 2023-02. I wish I could rate this lower than one star. Even lower than one star. For this app, I wish negative stars were a thing. While this app has always been squirrelly periodically failing requiring some on off procedure from support to fix it. I currently can't access the Web View from either the App or the official site. So I can't manage most of the features of my pool. I WISH there was an alternative. I hate this and this company. But here I am stuck. :(

Once you do something else and go back to the app to get an update, an error occurs, and it needs to be restarted. Also, it will not open a web browser on the phone.
