very limited functionality and part of it has to be done through a web portal not mobile friendly. every time you use the app and try to connect again to the device it shows not available, you have to restart to show de device available again

This app needs serious updates and general user experience improvements. Should also open the app up or make an API available so the community could help you make these improvements for free. Heck I'll help you improve the app for free. You'd sell more Jandy systems by far with just a few tweaks that enhanced the controls and provided pool owners with some great features. Like color lighting customization. Calendar systems, Google home integration. Contact me, and turn bad reviews to 5 stars!

The app itself is decent. However, the web control platform is abysmal. It's in dire need of update and add functionality to bring it in line with modern automation standards.

This app is a disaster. Tech support is a 2 hour wait and then they were unable to resolve anything. Just replaced my pool pump and the installer raved had about this app. How would I know???? I am unable to even get it to connect to my WiFi. I am unable to get ANY of the app functions to work. Samsung S23.
