This app is extremely buggy. I have learned to force stop and reopen it every single time I want to do a task or it doesn't work. I have wasted lots of propane and electricity because I will use the app to turn off the spa mode or heat, only to find out later that it didn't work. It works eventually but takes constant babysitting and checking behind it.

As others have stated, app is poorly designed and does NOT work to update the main settings, have to use a browser window after the latest update. Read other reviews and the company response to contact them through the app. Did that over a month ago with no response from them, so it seems their response to these reviews is just hot air. Would be nice to have another company compete with a better app.

Always lose connections. Sometimes I cannot get it to reconnect even after rebooting.

there are multiple times where I turn off a pump and the app will turn it back on. we go round and round after about the third or fourth time it'll actually turn off and stay off. I have done a forced stop and logged out also uninstall the program and reinstalled it in the issue still arises

The app will not allow me to connect, the username and PW are correct as I can log into the website. But the app won't even attempt.

First use, can't not connect. Yes it's in pairing mode and yes WiFi has enough strength. Deleted app reinstated, but no joy. Seriously poor show. If it can't be resolved the whole unit (and pump) are going back for a refund.

It says it connected with green dot, then I touch the window to open interface, starts the cleaning cycle when I push play. Cleaner starts cleaning, then comes up 'connection error' connection lost. I close the app, but it will notify me when finished after I've closed the app over phone network.

Very poor app. Frequent disconnects with the controller. No state memory of things like pool cleaner bag full indication. Very slow response time between clicking on something in the app and visual indication on app screen. if you live the app open and come back to it, it will have lost connection with the controller and the app needs to be restarted. I would recommend avoiding this if you can.
