Latest version downloads from the app store but will not install. Deleted the old version, rebooted, and attempted to download and reinstall, but experienced the same problem, and now I lost the app on my phone.

Recent update was final straw. App that continually lost connectivity would not update on our devices and is no longer available to us.

With most routers and wifi services using 5G service the service should also be able to connect to this band and not just 2.4. The lastest update will not download. Been trying to install it for 2 days. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work either. Poor app.

Have used this app for over a year to control the pool and a robot and loved it. Yesterday the app wouldn't go past the logo page. The app store showed there was an update but the update would not install. I uninstalled the app and now the app won't install. This is not a phone or equipment issue, it's an app issue. Please advise

Ive been using the app for a year with no problems. We installed a new router in the house. Now I can't connect with the VRX iq robot using Bluetooth to change to the new router. My phone sees the Bluetooth connection and when I click on it in my phone the gives me a message an app is required to connect. I'm trying to connect using the app. The app keeps stating connection failed try again. Now a New update will not install. This is very frustrating. Bluetooth won't connect to make changes.
