    Awful. Inconsistently and intermittently system unavailable. Wifi is strong and clear. Interface is antiquated. Same experience as other users when I am able to connect.

    doesn't climb walls or come to the surface for cleaning frustrating

    Hi Steve, Sorry to hear that! Check if filter canister is full or dirty, and if sides of the pool are slippery or slimy. Microscopic algae can make pool sides slippery, preventing the cleaner from climbing. Do a shock chlorination treatment and slightly reduce the pH. DO NOT leave the cleaner in the pool during this treatment. - iAquaLink Support

    After an update - anytime I click 'Web' from the App it just takes me to a blank white screen. Tried the App on multiple mobile devices. I can get to the 'Web' via my laptop - but not cell device. I used that all the time to check my salinity level. Bummer.

    My pool has been offline since the latest update and I cannot get it back online. The app is useless until this is resolved. The app worked great for me before
