    Connection lost constantly now. Deleted and re-paired robot. Worked fine for 2 hours then when I re-opened the app it's the same thing again.

    the app is super confusing and dated. if you have a heat pump and a spa heater it's basically impossible to figure out what's going on. Update - I emailed that address and no one responded.

    Jandy H/W is ok. All of there software is miserable. Terrible UI design. frequently stops working and needs to be reinstalled.

    It has the worst user interface there is. The app does not even show the cleaner is working, does not show the time left, the app does not respond, does not show the clean mode, takes about 2 hours to show the selected clean mode and then 2 more hours to show the cleaner is working. There is really a good improvement opportunity waiting here to happen.

    Heater/Chiller Issue: Had my Jandy heater swapped out for a heater/cooler heat pump. Your app needs an update to add the chiller. I shouldn't have to go to the web page to control it. Fix that and it'll be 5 stars.

    Outdated and clunky given this is 2023. Doing some things in the app requires going into a non responsive, landscape orientation GUI that looks and acts like it's from the 1990s. If I had seen the app before our pool builder installed the Jandy controller I would have chosen a different brand of pool controller. The underlying hardware is also expensive and flaky.
