The app isn't downloading.
The app is not downloading. I previously had it installed and the app stop working. I had to un-install and re-install it but now the app won't download.
The app stopped responding after using it for many months. I tried to update the app but it would not let me update. I decided to Uninstall the app and reinstall it. After Uninstall it won't let me install it again. Why can I no longer use this app!? I'm on a galaxy s22 ultra phone.
Trash. The main screen is frozen, Uninstalled the app. Won't install. Totally frustrated at this point. Support is worthless.
Hi, I read your reply about your server being down, and that it was up and running again. Tried it again, still not downloading. In fact I had everyone in my family try to download it on their phones. They couldn't get it to download either, please advise.
Can't access app. Was working fine... Then its not. Tried all the troubleshooting tips (clear cache, restart, reinstall etc). Customer support nonexistant. Support manual useless.
Don't know what you did with the update but you have crashed the app.
No one answers the telephone at iAquaLink. No one. You'll be on hold for hours. Moving to the Jandy Pool Pump System because of the total lack of customer support.
App sux...Freezes Up, can't control our cleaner.
