Bonjour, je suis utilisateur de cette application depuis presque 2 ans pour un robot RA 6300 IQ et un hydroliseur HYDROXINATOR IQ 18 et jusque la pas de soucis mais depuis quelque jours impossible de me connecteur a mon hydroliseur message: erreur serveur la mise a jour de firmware a échoué. Contacter votre revendeur, ou contacter le service client. s'agit t'il d'un probleme materiel ou de serveur . je precise que l hydrolyseur est connecté et que le robot fonctionne via l'application . Literally the worst app. Using the app to change the filter timed has csused my whole zodiac system to disable wifi connection. I have to re add my zodiac to the app. The uder interface is terrible and slow. Even right now i cant accrss it cause i have to contact support as the firmare didnt update.
Can install it now but error message after it is connected with a green light even.. "Server Error, Firmware update failed' contacted Support but nu reply yet

Would be fine to provide more moore information on app with chlorinator... like is chloring, salt missing and so... more like in the menu... Check Aseko pool app for inspirarion... There you can find many (all) relevat information and settings. After June 2023 update finally app stopped working! After few days and update was back, but firmware update error with exo 10 IQ salinator make thi app totally unuseable, no remote, upgrade, nothing. Support is also out of order, no response, no solved.

This app does not connect to my pool equipment since being updated. Makes it useless. Version 6.8.1 says firmware error.
