Update and in second step uninstall/install to version 6.8.1 failed. And the best part, with old version, it is not possible to control the heat pump any more. Error: Firmware update failed. Uff. So, App is useless at the moment. Update: Now I was able to update/install the app again, but connection to heat pump still not possible. Server Error: Firmware update failed... Not able to control heat pump any more.

UPDATE:problem resoved App froze up after a year of use. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall but get a message that it cannot be installed. Went through the troubleshooting steps but still cannot reinstall on my android. Tried calling support for this app but cannot get anyone on the phone.

Worked fine until recently. Now unable to open the app on any device, tried uninstalling to reinstall and see if that worked. Now it won't even install anywhere.Tried help online, but they just wanted to tell me it was my phone, when clearly it is an app issue as the same problem is occurring on multiple devices . A complete pain when it is the only way to control the pool cleaner. No end of problems with this company.

This app refuses to install. I've tried two different android phones. Something happened to this app where my acct isn't even recognized anymore.

I spent $2600 on this system I have had it for less than a month. It Does not work. I have called the customer support line without success. And it did not allow me to send an email for support.

App was working fine until 6/13, then would no longer open. Tried to update and it wouldn't update. Unistalled it to try a reinstall as a final attempt, but it won't install. There may have been a bad version update recently. No clue!
