Most functions must be setup through a clunky web portal in the app that feels like it was developed in the 90s. Menus are unresponsive and unreliable without very strong wifi at the iaqualink antenna location. Menus and labeling often don't make sense or are unintuitive. Takes trial and error to figure things out. Followup: After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, staff was friendly. My system was already up to date and my impressions are unchanged.

Extremely buggy. After firmware update robot no longer cleans stairs of the pool or follows a pattern. We have the 4050IQ. Pretty disappointing for a $3k+ robot and firmware.

Had this for years worked fine. Now all of a sudden, cannot access web options for menu, schedule, etc. Emailed customer support half a dozen times no answer. Shame that almost in 2024 and the app has become useless now and everything needs to be done manually and there's no support.

I have tried for 4 days and NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS to get this system to work. Zero Zilch Nada!!! Reset,restart , clear system...EVERYTHING! CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE.

This app really wears me out. It constantly crashes and I KNOW it's not my internet! How can basic items such as turning on be so difficult. I spend so much time just trying to get into the app, only for it to crash and not complete the action. There has to be a better app or get this one fixed!
