    So slow, Bugs, and the app seems like it was created 15 years ago. Simple tasks that should take a few seconds takes minutes. Sometimes it ignores input, for example, you click the toggle to turn on or off the filter pump, and it seems to toggle on or off but nothing happens and you check back a few minutes later and nothing changed. The password protection is terrible. You enable it in settings but you cannot turn anything on or off without going back to disable password protection in settings.

    constant connection issues

    UPDATE: After getting a response from customer service I ended up deleting my account entirely reinstalling everything and it worked just fine. Since the update last month my app has not been able to connect. Website interface works just fine. After uninstalling and reinstalling and doing everything on the web I could, this app has become useless for me.

    Really poor consumer experience. It is clearly presented so that the end consumer is not meant to change the settings is the ridiculous web app, which is completely unacceptable. This is my pump, my pool, my electricity. It should be just as easy for me to set a run schedule as I would for my thermostat. It is ridiculously overcomplecated. I shouldn't be pulling a web app interface into a browser window of a phone app. Hire a proper application developer.

    Since the update last month my app has not been able to connect. Website interface works just fine. After uninstalling and reinstalling and doing everything on the web I could, this app has become useless for me.

    Terrible app. The pool lights won't change colors and there isn't even an option for it anymore.

    Since the last update, it will not connect to my polaris VRX 4WD robotic cleaner anymore. Garbage app.

    Remote is almost unusable. Left and right work, but forward and reverse barely works. Latency is really bad at times as well, making it almost impossible to control and put the robot where it needs to go. No issues with my wifi. Trying to switch to BT is impossible. IT pro here.
