The app stopped responding after using it for many months. I tried to update the app but it would not let me update. I decided to Uninstall the app and reinstall it. After Uninstall it won't let me install it again. Why can I no longer use this app!? I'm on a galaxy s22 ultra phone.

Hi, I read your reply about your server being down, and that it was up and running again. Tried it again, still not downloading. In fact I had everyone in my family try to download it on their phones. They couldn't get it to download either, please advise.

Can't access app. Was working fine... Then its not. Tried all the troubleshooting tips (clear cache, restart, reinstall etc). Customer support nonexistant. Support manual useless.

No one answers the telephone at iAquaLink. No one. You'll be on hold for hours. Moving to the Jandy Pool Pump System because of the total lack of customer support.

Constantly loses its connection. I will often have to disconnect the power to reconnect. When that fails, I need to remove the device from the app and reinstall. Oftentimes, that only works for a day or two.
