very confusing to use, "web access" isn't full screen on Android. the installer set up of the system may be to blame for some stuff, but not a well designed app.

Right next to my router with broadcasting my SSID and it won't find my wifi. I even tried 2.4 a 5 ghz with no luck....it shows other people's wifi but not mine....I reset multiple times and nothing!

Ive been using the app for a year with no problems. We installed a new router in the house. Now I can't connect with the VRX iq robot using Bluetooth to change to the new router. My phone sees the Bluetooth connection and when I click on it in my phone the gives me a message an app is required to connect. I'm trying to connect using the app. The app keeps stating connection failed try again.

Terrible system, cannot get the app to connect to controller, when it eventually does you cannot get the wifi to pair up with the home system. Spent hours on this. Even installer gave up on this, configured a default schedule and left it like that. Honestly do not see the point of a fancy control system which does the same as an old fashioned timer.

The fact you have to contact customer support to do a firmware update is ridiculous. It leaves the app unusable.
Can't get app installed
CONNECTION ISSUES will not get passed Bluetooth setup even being a foot away and of course Customer service is closed UPDATE: I got the app to work by allowing the app to turn on Bluetooth instead of having already on via settings, Don't know why that worked but it did with my s22 ultra. App itself is pretty kewl.

Disconnects from wifi constantly. Need to hit button on unit until the WAN is connected but in the meantime the pump often stops running and takes forever to start again. Avoid this system.
