Update: 05/01/2023 - downgrading to 1 star The contractor from Zodiac who set up our solar panel system didn't finish the job because he got covid and never returned. We have no way to control solar heating through the app. No call backs, no response to email. 10/17/22 My pool system always shows up offline in the app even though we have a hard wire connection and our internet is working. Very annoying. Some of the controls and toggles between pool and spa mode in the app are clunky as well.

The app itself didn't work on my phone for a long time. The app wouldn't load without being killed and then reloaded. Currently the app doesn't even have my solar connected so I'm missing half of my pool functions and everything else is mislabeled which makes the app basically worthless I just spent 3 hours and 28 minutes on hold to get someone to tell me to have someone come in person

Not user-friendly; pain to link to wifi every year; web app locks up easily and not easy to reboot; difficult to get help and instructions.

to believe that I paid over $3,000 for this to be the only way to control my pool from my phone! The app - when it works - is clunky and buggy often requiring me to force quit it and restart the application. The back end is also crummy with no exposed API access and no ability to integrate with Google home, Apple HomeKit nor Alexa. I really hope that they make some significant improvements and soon!
